Come Stay at Our Beautiful Beach Townhome! The Location is Ideal and You Won't Be Disappointed! Clam Digging, Beachcombing, Boardwalk,Putt-Putt golf, Theater and Downtown are all just steps away! Our Townhome is a Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath Townhouse. We provide satellite TV and Wi-Fi with Netflix. It Features a Large Open Kitchen/dining/living Area With a Wide, Unobstructed View of the Ocean. Location can't be beat. It is a Short 5 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk and Also Just One Block From the Center of Downtown Long Beach and Its Shops, Bakery and Restaurants. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table and Foosball Table. Large Gas Grill Also For Your Use. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Third Floor is the Main Living/Kitchen/Dining Area With Another 1/2 Bath.
The Wide, Unobstructed Ocean View from the Main Living Room is Beautiful. There is a Deck Off the Living Room and You Can Sit Outside and watch the kites or fishing boats, then watch the Beautiful Sun Set Over the Ocean. The Home is Furnished for Comfort With a Large, Comfy Sectional Sofa That Has a Pull Out Full Bed, Big Comfortable Chairs, As Well As a new 70" SMART TV and Blue-ray DVD Player.
The Large Kitchen Is, Clean, Fully Stocked, Including a Keurig coffee maker, All New Small Appliances As Well As Cooking and Baking Ware and Utensils. There is a Dining Room Table That Seats 10 and an Island Bar for Additional Seating.

We absolutely love this place, my only notes are the master bedroom mattress has a very large hump in the middle and regular potholders in the kitchen would be great!

Home was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. The views from the house are amazing. We lucked out and had wonderful weather while we were there. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely home. The view was fantastic. The home was bright and clean and it looked like it had a new deck and back door. The kitchen had everything a person would want! Spices, ziplock bags, baking dishes, small appliances, you name it - it was there. The decor was a fun with a nautical theme throughout. Thanks for our enjoyable stay!

Location is everything!
This place is roomy and beautiful, all the appliances you could ever need in the kitchen. The location being so close to the beach access and all the shopping was fantastic!

Fantastic property, located within walking distance of everything. Unlike other places we have stayed, this property has an abundance of all of the supplies one would need to stay a week. We have stayed at many properties, and this bar none was the best one we have stayed at. I would reccomend this property to anyone!

Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach as well as activities in town. Super clean unit with everything you need for cooking in if you choose, awesome view and space for everyone. Would most definitely recommend to others and would love to return one day. The location is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. It is also very walkable with mini golf and restaurants just across the street. The home is well appointed and is a great place for family and friends to get together

The condo was perfect for our fishing trip with friends! The location was just right, with easy walking access to both town and the beach. We also had a terrific view of the ocean. We cooked at the condo and found the kitchen to be well setup and convenient for our party of six. The beds and baths worked great and we all enjoyed ping pong in the garage! We would definitely return!

Maps did not get us there just fyi. Dusty and found items on the floor (qtip, chapstick, candy wrapper, birthday candles) overall great just wanted to alert about cleaning. Nice place and location. Overall great amenities

We love our family and spending time together. We have 3 grown sons and a grandson. Long Beach is a special place to have some fun, relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean, with family and friends. We feel a special connection to this unique little town as this was "The Beach" for Ron growing up. This is where his family came as his grandparents and other family members have always owned homes in the area. Things we love to do here are clam digging, watch fireworks on the 4th of July and on New Year's Eve, walk on the beach and boardwalk, ride the go-carts, play putt-putt, visit the nearby lighthouses, take a drive to Oysterville and of course visit the bakery and the many restaurants nearby. We want others to experience all that Long Beach and the Peninsula have to offer. We hope you can come and spend some time here. Ron & Beth Holmes

This is a rare property that is in the heart of downtown Long Beach, just 1 block off the main street while also having an unobstructed view of the ocean. The beach and boardwalk is a short walk and you can quickly walk to the bakery, restaurants, shops and Veteran’s Park.
