Beautifully decorated with attention to detail and diversity of materials such as hardwoods, slate, travertine and granite, this luxury, elevator and stair accessed 3rd floor condo has stunning views of Payette Lake, Brundage ski resort and local life from every window and room with downtown convenience!
Walk right out your door into the heart of all the action. Located steps away from McCall’s best public beach, fine dining, brewery’s, coffee shops, parks, the McCall Marina and the Manchester Ice Centre you are within walking distance of everything you’ll need during your stay.
An open floor plan with plenty of natural light and balcony access off the master Suite and living room. Cook up something special on the gas grill and gather in the dining and living areas with plenty of seating for everyone. Relax and enjoy by the fireplace and with the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is fully stocked including stainless steel appliances and plenty of elbow room.
Games, books and movies to keep the kids (young and old) occupied on a rainy or snowy day. Satellite, wireless DSL/WiFi, DVD players, Bose Bluetooth speaker and a TV in every room.
The 3 bedroom plus bunk room, two bath home sleeps 10 people. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have queen sized beds. The Master Suite has a queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper with an elegantly appointed attached bath with jetted tub and a walk in shower. Located in the Master Suite is a separate bunk room (with door) that has a twin over full size bunk.
There is parking in front of the building for one vehicle. There is additional public parking across the street (if season allows it). Please note guests are responsible for reading signs regarding parking allowances on streets and in parking lots throughout McCall. For more information about city parking please call Public Works at (208) 634-5580 or (208) 634-7142. For trailer parking, see website www.McCall.id.us for Mill Street parking information.
Unwind at one of McCall’s local spas or rent a bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports. You are a ten minute bike ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking or beach access. McCall now offers zip lining a short drive away and of course, you must visit the hot springs so bring a swim suit!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by calling a week before our arrival to introduce herself, answer questions, and share great local recommendations. The location was perfect—we were able to walk to restaurants and enjoy easy access to the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dawn reached out to us in advance to let us know about some of their favorite places to eat and things to do. Despite going to McCall many times, she was able to recommend some places we hadn’t yet been to or heard of.Very clean condo with lots of thoughtful amenities and a fantastic view of the lake! We were able to walk everywhere which was a huge bonus. Plenty of room for my husband and our kids.

We loved our stay here! The location was terrific, the place was very cute and cozy, and I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. I also appreciated Dawn calling the day before we arrived to check in with us and give great recommendations on restaurants and activities. All in all a great experience and I would happily return again!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo with lake view and great location. Walking distance to most everything. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our time here. We were comfortably able to stay a week. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beer Festival in the Mountians
The property was amazing. Perfect location right on the moddle of town. The owners were amazing amd we cannot wait to stay here again.

Perfect location, our family really enjoyed the condo and the walkability of the unit as well as the parking. Kitchen was awesome, with a view of the lake from the kitchen sink?

Awesome property and location!
The condo is spacious, well equipped with bedding, furnishings and a great kitchen. Loved the view of the lake and close to the beach, restaurants and coffee!!

Perfect spot in McCall!
Best VRBO we’ve stayed in… in a long time! Everything is stocked, location is so central to all the fun & the lake! Owners are wonderful…we will be back!

Ski Vacation
Great downtown location, close to restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the Mountain. Really enjoyed our stay at this spacious but cozy condo!

Todd and Dawn are the owners of the Lakeview Penthouse. Their enjoyment for outdoors and flying brought them to McCall where they fell in love with the people and town. Todd is an electrical contractor and Dawn is a physical therapist. They have 5 children and 2 grandsons.
