Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to confirm that our housekeepers do have an extensive checklist that they complete prior to a guests arrival. We wish that you had of contacted us during your stay as we could have arranged for the housekeeper to return to the property as we want to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. Prior to your arrival at the property, the area had experienced some high winds and we believe that this may have contributed to this dust on the front door and outdoor area. We have looked into the fly screens of the property and these will be replaced before summer to ensure that the insects do not enter. The gardens and lawns are scheduled fortnightly. We apologise that the yard was not sufficiently maintained before your arrival. Please note that many of these issues could have been rectified if you afforded us the opportunity by contacting us during your stay. Warm regards, HRS

We do apologise that your check in time was delayed, unfortunately on that particular weekend we did need to allow our cleaners additional time with every property booked out back to back and with COVID cleaning practices in place. We do also request guests register with us to prevent credit card fraud as unfortunately this is a common occurence on third party websites. We’d love to have you stay with us again. Please keep HRS in mind when booking your next holiday.
