This apartment offers beautiful water views, close to the beach and everything you need to be comfortable on holidays. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great Location

3rd story ocean views 15 mins to Shoal Bay by foot, 10 mins to Nelson Bay by foot was a great location. Will definitely be booking again.

mould in master bedroom

I loved the location! Unfortunately, there was mould in the master bedroom, therefore we couldn't sleep in there as it smelt terrible.

Amazing

Must stay place. The view from this unit is speechless, extremely beautiful. Me and my family did not want to leave. Everything was perfect other than some basic stuffs such as hand wash and cleaning products. Please carry hand-wash, Tissue box, cleaning spray, wipes and shampoo conditioner with you.

Beautiful apartment

Wish the TV worked (could not use it because the speakers on the TV were blown) Also if the manager could organise a bit more coffee, tea, sugar. There was hardly any for more than 2 use. Had to go to the shop to buy more. Thanks

Holiday break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect location in a well appointed apartment which was clean and with great sea views. Good fishing and wonderful walks

Great place for a young family

This was a perfect place for our little family to stay. Great, quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the bay for breakfast and shopping. Had all the essentials in the kitchen if we wanted to cook for ourselves.

Good property in a great location but not quiet.

Good location and clean property, the only issue was unit doors were being replaced, floors were being replaced at other units and locks were being changed while we were there. Also tradies blocking the garage.

Sounds of the Ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very relaxing and amazing views from the balcony. Constant sounds of the ocean was what we need to unwind.Unfortunately the shower drain smell was bad and small bedroom had a bad odor, like wet carpet. Single bed in that room is badly sagged and should be updated. We would still return if the above issue were resolved.Also my 4WD would not fit in the garage so maybe advertise height limit there.

The Unit has been completely re-carpeted, freshly painted and all new bedding in the second bedroom. We look forward to welcoming you again soon as a valued guest.

Comfortable unit, with beautiful view of shoal bay

travelled with husband and 3 adult daughters. Main bed comfortable. 2nd bedroom not as comfortable for adults but would be great for kids. Had everything we needed for weekend, beach at doorstep.
