The space: This roomy 650 square foot, fully furnished unit features one bedroom with a queen
bed, desk, closet and plenty of storage. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The apartment has recently been remodeled and has granite countertops, new appliances, new washer and dryer, wifi and a large flat screen TV with satellite and movie channels.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need to cook a meal, as well as premium coffee, tea and bottled water.
In the bathroom you will find shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry
detergent and a hair dryer.
A private patio area has a table and chairs and a barbeque on request. This beautifully styled unit is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from everything Dallas has to offer and is close to freeways and public transportation. Whether business or pleasure brings you to Dallas, this comfortable apartment provides you with everything you will need to feel instantly at home. This home is a beautiful historic home in the Junius Heights historical district. It's 105 years old, but has been completely updated. Even though we are very close to downtown Dallas, the neighborhood is relatively quiet. This house is in one of the most beautiful parts of Dallas, with the arboretum and fair park minutes away. Lakewood Country Club is one mile away with a golf course, dining and swimming.
