This Beautiful Beach Block Condo is located on the south end of Brigantine in the Coquille Beach Community. You will enjoy spectacular views of Atlantic City and warm sunsets from your own private deck located off of the master bedroom . It is only a short walk to the beach and heated community pool. You will feel right at home in this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully equipped condo with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay .

It was nice to visit NJ (Brigantine Beach) but, one and done!! One trip is enough. It was “off season” and it showed. Not alot open and it seemed most business owners/staff had had enough of people for the peak summer season - locals not very nice at all. Long walk (unexpected) just to get down to the beach (at least 1 mile) and another football field distance to the shoreline. The beach is HUGE and, as it was off season, very sparsely populated. LOVED IT!! Our condo was nice but outdated. Very clean. Restful. We met the owners upon arrival and they are awesome and attentive! mb [from Pittsburgh PA - one of the FRIENDLIEST cities in USA!]

Great place!

Very clean with everything you need and plenty of space! (Bring your own sheets, towels, beach chairs and bicycles). The garage was great for storing bicycles. Two nice balconies! I hope to stay here again.

Perfect

For our annual get away it’s a perfect place Girls only. We can be together in common areas or retreat to our own bedrooms. Beautiful pool and short distance to the beach is our must haves Quite and peaceful. Just perfect

Perfect Summer Getaway

I stayed here with my mom and my two kids ages 12 and 8 and it couldn’t have been a little more perfect place for us to stay while vacationing in Brigantine. The owner was quick to respond and courteous, the place was immaculately clean and well-kept, and the location was just perfect. We would give the whole experience a five star rating and recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable and beautiful place to stay while vacationing in Brigantine!

Refreshing

Location was great! Whether you went to the beach or pool, short walking distance. Condo was spacious and clean, located in a quiet community. Casinos and AC Boardwalk close.

Family Vacation

Cute path to beach, a bit of a walk. Hard to pull a wagon once you get to the beach. Within a quick drive to shops. The pool opens at 10:30am, and ranges from 3ft to 6ft. Grill was perfect for burgers and hotdogs. Very welcoming for my family and I to enjoy a week vacation!

Fun beach location, great place

Our 2nd stay here and really enjoyed it. The place is clean, "shore house" themed, and big. You can't beat the location if you want to get on the 4WD beach. Super convenient. The house has all the amenities you need. It was great having access to the heated pool also. Also, the neighbors are very nice as well.

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect beachside condo. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great week in Brigantine. The hardest decision we had to make was if we wanted to hit the beach or go to the pool instead. We will be staying here again later this summer.

Great location

We enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks at this huge condo. It was extremely clean and welcoming. Our host, Dan, was very kind and helpful, always answering our texts in a timely manner. Having 2 full baths was perfect. Everything is Big; the kitchen, the living room, the back deck, bedrooms, washer/dryer; making it very comfortable and roomy for everyone. Having pool passes and beach passes was convenient. And the garage, with sand toys and a couple low sand chairs, was a plus. Plenty of room to store our bikes and beach cart. The only problem we encountered were the steep steps to get into the condo. Once inside it was great, there were only 4 steps up to kitchen, baths and bedrooms. We were extra careful with our little ones and our old selves. It’s less than a mile to a little group of convenience stores with a Duncan Donuts, grocery store, Walgreens, pizza, bagels, $store and even a nice Irish bar. The beach path is at the end of the street and is a bit of a hike through the dunes but worth the trip; No Crowds!! Excellent beach. The only downside to Brigantine is having to truck all of our towels and linens along. But it didn’t stop us from having a lovely vacation. Thank you Dan for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Rest & Relaxation

Roomy, comfortable and a home away from home. Great south end location, large beautiful beaches and pool. Great owner communication. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property highly.

Big place and great location

Really happy with our stay. Big place with room for a family of 4. Having 2 bathrooms, a garage, and being close to the beach was perfect. There are 2 decks and each one is nice for relaxing on. This is right near the drive on beach entrance for 4WD trucks and it was so convenient! Nice neighborhood and neighbors also. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

This is a favorite for our family, we love everything about it. It is close to the beach, close to Acme, close to the ice cream parlor, and the condition and layout of the apartment are excellent.

July 4 vacay

Prime location for a beach walk and having the pool at the condo is SO NICE! Owner was very responsive. Minor discrepancy with size of bed in master. It’s a queen. I’m sure the owner will correct. I would definitely recommend for a family of 4, maybe five. Thanks for the rental.
