Great Location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is brand new and beautiful! The owner is very thoughtful and provided things like cairs to use by the river.

Great views and perfect location

The condo was in perfect condition. The back porch overlooks the river and is great for waking up at sunrise and drinking coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the access to the river is great. Will be coming back very soon!

Melissa’s condo was perfect for our friend trip! The location is perfect - just steps away from the river. The condo itself was homey and clean. Melissa was super helpful and provided timely information. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely Labor Day trip

We had a great stay at this spacious condo on the Guadalupe River. The patio was fantastic with beautiful views of the river and I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. Easy access to put my paddle board into the river and close enough to all the things we wanted to do in the area. We would love to stay here again next time we were in the area.The hospitality from the host was excellent. Great stay.

May Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The communication and check-in process with Melissa was wonderful, easy and consistent. The view and the amenities of the property were fantastic. Not to mention you’re only a few steps away from the beautiful Guadalupe River and all it has to offer. This is definitely a place will be coming back to next year.

Perfect stay!

This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway on the water! It is close to the market, restaurants and Whitewater Amphitheater. It has great river access and is a wonderful place to watch the tubers float by. Highly recommended!! It is beautiful and very comfortable. Bring your chair and some shade and come to enjoy a relaxing weekend on the river!

Great location!!

The location..the River view.. the Beautiful Condo!! My family and I had an Amazing time on the River and relaxed river side or from our balcony! This place is 5 Stars 🌟!! I highly recommend staying here! Melissa is a jewel and checked on us throughout our stay. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will be back next year!! ♥️

Awesome time

What an excellent time we had! The condo is on the river, beautiful views and close to everything- The condo is well laid out and is in excellent condition for families and a weekend get away with your Loved One.The view of the river is so incredible seating on the porch with your coffee and watching the many deer running through the grass next to river is a must see.. We intend on going back as often as possible!

River Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo is on the 3rd floor and has amazing views of the river. We chose a weekend in October to get away from the crazy city life and enjoy the peace and quiet on the Guadalupe. The place was VERY clean and has everything you need. Also if you have a chance I highly recommend the River Road Ice House for live music. We happen to be there the same weekend as Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen! AMAZING SHOW!!

River Condo
