A great Easter long weekend

We had a great stay at this fantastic property - perfect for large/extended family, great location close to shops and river, pet friendly, lots of room indoor and outside with great garden and outdoor area. Would love to stay again and highly recommend.

The property was fantastic and so convenient.Our dog loved the yard - and we had Easter lunch with family and had heaps of room and dishes to cater for them.The Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our entire famile and graet proximity for morning coffee and walk on beachThe paper delivered was a lovely touch as wellAll in a fantastic Easter so thank you

Family weekend away

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home. The hosts were very hospitable.

Our family loved the holiday break in a well appointed home. We had everything we needed. The location is sensational and the hosts were very accommodating. We highly recommend this home for any family.

Fantastic position

Fantastic position, great house to relax in. Brilliant for the dogs we had and so close to the water and shops. Highly recommend.

Penny was a fabulous host, the accomodation is in an elite location. The house has full beach swag and completely relaxing as a beach house should be. Core memories made with the family.

Happy weekend in Barwon Heads

We had a great weekend at Penny’s lovely house. Totally central and very comfortable and well-equipped, it was perfect. BH is a lovely little seaside town with lots to see, do, eat and drink. Recommended!

Holiday at the Heads

Fabulous house, so well equipped and clean and in such a great location. I did not use my car for the whole time I was there! Great for families.

Great Location

Great central location, we walked everywhere. House was tidy and clean. Was really great to be able to take our dog with us on our beach holiday. We will be back.

A great holiday destination.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property and it's location is perfect. It is within a short walking distance to the great shops of Barwon Heads as well as the beach. The table tennis in the shed entertained our teenage boys and the house contained everything that we needed. The lovely back yard was also a pleasant surprise.

Central property

We rnjoyed our time at Alfreds" and at Barwon Heads We could all do our own thing and walk to the shops or restaurants. Our accommodation was very central.

Fantastic Location

Stayed at Alfred's with the family for a few nights in the September school holidays and could not have been happier with the location and huge yard for our dog. The house was light, bright & very comfortable. The kids had a great time exploring the inlet and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere & leave the car at home. We will most definitely return next school holidays.

Alfred's on Hitchcock

Alfred's on Hitchcock is a beautifully renovated older home that is warm and welcoming. The location is great with just a short stroll to cafes and restaurants offering great food and coffee. An easy walk to the beaches and the Barwon Heads hotel. We are travelling with our pet and our dog loved the fully fenced yard and spend long periods exploring the grounds. We had a lovely time and would recommend Alfred's

Amazing Alfreds!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Alfreds on Hitchcock. Penny is a great host, very accommodating and friendly. We share the house across two families and we love the dual living zones and sunny outdoor area. The wifi and Foxtel this year was a bonus! Thanks as always!

We loved this house as it was very suitable to our needs and was extremely comfortable.

Family long weekend at seaside

Property was in excellent location, very clean and spacious and was great for all our family. The lawn at the front of the house was well used by the grandkids and the adults loved the deck area to enjoy the sunshine. Would recommend to family and friends.

Had a lovely stay and would stay again

Stayed here for a few nights with friends, house met expectations. house was very clean, check in process was easy - location was perfect, only a short walk from everything you need for Barwon heads and only a short drive to the golf course as well Host was contactable and helpful when required, and gave a few good tips ahead of our stay. A very home like feel and pleasant to wake up to in the morning Would recommend 👍
