This 2600 SqFt home offers 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Spacious kitchen & dining room, Gas fireplace, Large Living Room, Bonus room, 55 & 50 inch smart televisions (5 flat screen tvs total), Washer & Dryer, WIFI, Fenced yard, Outdoor firepit, patio, covered front porch, Large trex deck off lower level with plenty of chairs & Upstairs deck.

Our family of 6 adults, 2 young children and 2 babies was very comfortable and had a great week in Seaside. The location is fantastic, just a block or two off the beach and not far from downtown Seaside and from Canon Beach. Communication was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely beach home with plenty of room for our 10 person family get together, with lots of fun amenities to enjoy! So close to the beach and just a short, pretty walk into town. Super comfy beds. The host was very kind and responsive when we reached out. We all highly recommend!

We had a great time gathering with our family for a long weekend! There were enough beds for everyone and a large gathering space in the living area!The kitchen was well appointed and convenient. The walk to the beach was short and convenient! We will be back!

Great space for large family-both inside and outside, including the fire pit with plenty of chairs. Great location with quick walk to beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. We didn’t use the game room but it was a nice option. Comfy beds and definitely recommend for family coming to seaside!

Very nice, spacious, and comfortable home. Two families with a total of five kids stayed here very comfortably with spaced out bedrooms and plenty of beds. Appreciated having two living rooms with TVs. Very short walk to the beach and 15-20 minutes to the main strip. The kitchen was fully equipped, giant washer and dryer, board games, and outdoor seating. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Kari, the host, was always very quick and responding to questions. Everything was as advertised, and there were even a lot of extra factors that made it great. For example, there was a full collection of kids plates and cups, which is wonderful with a five bedroom unit where you would expect a lot of kids.We would definitely return again.

Nothing about this house, or our stay, was disappointing. We treated our son and 2 of our grown grandkids to this trip as their Christmas gift, so it was a very special time for us andthe home exceeded all of our expectations. the photos do not do it justice. We felt like we were the very first ones to ever stay there. From classy beach vibe, to the fully equipped kitchen, from the multiple spaces to hang out to the comfort beds and super clean bathrooms, this house was ALL the listing says it is and more!. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as proximity to the beach and the Prom. I am always thankful for pet-free accomodations. The host, Kari, was always a message away if we needed her. Oh, and I appreciated the clear arrival/ departure instructions. That was the only downside....we had to leave! Thank you, Kari, for some wonderful memories. Hoping to make this an annual trip. If you choose this amazing home for your vacation, you will NOT be disappointed!!

We had a great time. Kitchen could use a spatula. Hard to flip eggs. Bedroom doors could use locks. Other than that, it was fabulous. Appreciated camping chairs for the beach, plenty of laundry soap and a beautiful home.

Such a great home and location for our annual family gahering in Seaside.

This was our 3rd stay, never disappoints. Had so hoped we could stay again in 2026 but the week of 8/4 - 10 was taken by the time I checked this morning.

Everything was great! We were missing a couple of things but wasn’t sure whose responsibility it was to provide…was quickly resolved with a quick trip to Safeway. All in all it was a great stay.

We wanted to make a commitment to making memories that will last a life time with our Family & Friends and we decided that purchasing this home would be a great foundation to start building lifelong memories that our kids could remember.
Purchasing this home was a project for us and it took 12 weeks to remodel the interior & exterior bringing it up to modern day standards. This home offers a comfortable & classy beach feel and leaves our visitors wanting to come back to make memories of their own.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION while this home is not on the beach it is a straight shot from the home down T Street and you are on the S. Promenade. Walk, Ride or run down the promenade & visit the downtown attractions or stay on the South Side and watch the surfers ride the waves in the cove, search for shells & enjoy a more peaceful part of the beach.

S. Seaside offers a different perspective to your typical Seaside visit while still being walking distance to Broadway St. This quiet end of town offers restaurants, shops, bars, golf & its own local grocery store. All of these amenities are within 2 blocks of the house. Also make sure to walk up the street and visit Cartwright park a great place for kids to swing & Climb on the play structure. This park also offer restrooms & a public boat launch.
