This comfortable central living apartment is in a quiet street, but only 1 block away from Akaroa superb restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment consists of 3 levels. A full kitched and living area on the 2nd floor, with a balcony overlookinga courtyard. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor,with the master bedroom on the 3rd floor.
There is off street parking for 1 car, but space outside on the street for additional vehicles.
A new LG smart TV is available with internet connection WI-FI
A small stroll up the next street will bring you to the Akaroa cinema .
Take an early morning or evening walk along the waterfront to the Lighthouse.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy a nice drink and enjoy the sunset.
There is NO NEED to drive here! you can enjoy the local atmosphere & views.
If you are a food enthusiast, the the Akaroa Cooking School is a "must do" only a 2 min walk!
Akaroa has it all - activities include dolphin watching and swimming with dolphins, guided kayaking,fishing and swimming,hiking,walks and relaxed village atmosphere....
Guests are required to bring sheets/towels and pillowcases. All other bedding is supplied. Hire linen is available thru Akaroa Rental Homes.

Great location, good for families

Had a great stay. House has everything you need for a few nights in Akaroa. Located close to the waterfront and bars and restaurants so we were able to walk everywhere

The amenities, location and the apartment was amazing. It is close to town, clean, cosy and has everything you need to be comfortable. Had good communication, and everything that we needed to know prior to staying was sent to us with a follow up email.

The property was amazing – the bed was extremely comfortable. Very warm, and very convenient. Just a minute walk to the waterfront. There were 3 of us, 1 for each room. If there had been 3 couples, having just one bathroom on the ground floor could have been an issue. But a lovely warm sunny apartment, and very comfortable.

Great place to stay

This property has a great location, just park up and walk anywhere. The property was exceptionally clean and beds were really comfortable. The unit had everything you need and the property manager was incredibly helpful and responded to messages in a timely manner.
