Unfortunately, I did not receive any contact regarding the issues mentioned. As mentioned in our listing, we are 45 minutes from the cabin and are available to address any concern's a guest might have. All the steps and private lane are pictured and mentioned in our listing. The sleeping areas in our rustic A-frame cabin are pictured and the airbed has been replaced as soon as we heard. The listing reflects a king, 2 twins in the loft and an airbed. There is always a Serta futon on the main floor as well. There are always 2 extra propane tanks available on the lower deck. If all the tanks are consumed, they can be easily exchanged at the market 5 minutes from the cabin. Our listing advises our guests with boats to store the boat at the Port of Kimberling Marina. I do occasionally get a question regarding boats. That is always my advice. Regarding the cobblestone steps, there is a contractor scheduled August 14 to reset them in concrete. This has been scheduled for several weeks at his earliest availability. Although the cabin usually gets excellent reviews, occasionally someone’s experience is not as they imagined it would be. My best advice would be to read the listing thoroughly and if you have any questions or if something doesn’t seem clear, please reach out to the owners before or during your visit.
