The living area looks out onto the tops of the native trees at the front of the property. You will also enjoy the benefit of a cosy wood fire place in the living area, making the house perfect for unwinding after a day spent at the beach.

Downstairs features a large bedroom with two sets of bunks as well a queen bed in the children’s playroom. These rooms share a bathroom with shower, small bath and separate toilet.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including two with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed and its own ensuite and study nook. The upstairs bedrooms all have built in robes. You will also find the main bathroom upstairs, which comes with a shower and separate toilet. All of the bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated.

Outside this house continues to impress with its large newly added deck with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and pizza oven, accessible via large double doors from the living area at the front of the house, as well as via the master bedroom. There is also a smaller deck at the rear of the property.
