Christmas at Disney 2021

Great location a d great access to everything Disney. Minor comments that would not prevent me from renting again., Toilet paper holders are on far wall in all bathrooms and unreachable from all toilets. Shower pressure is awesome but shower head makes it feel like needles shooting out and hitting skin. Be prepared! Pool heater did not work even though requested ahead of time to have pool heater on. Overall the resort is great and we found it for a great price!!! Lots of space for a family of 7..

weekend paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Very clean. The very bare minimum is provided for use-2 towels per bathroom, 1 extra roll of TP and papertowels. Limited dish soap. No laundry soap. It't not an issue but you should come prepared if you need extras or want to do laundry. We loved that there was a margarita maker and a Keurig coffee machine. Its an easy walk to the fabulous resort pool. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of.

Weekend getaway ✨️

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying some quality time with my family. Beautiful cottage with everything you need I felt home and peaceful. Only bad thing I didn't like was that the pillows were so thick and hard that I didn't enjoy my sleep and woke up with a stiff neck. Also the towels ... omg the towels were so rough felt like the had sand paper wrapped around me and I was scared to use those towels on my baby. Another thing was there was no shade outside by the pool. All the dishes smelled like egg. The security on the property was letting anyone and everyone go in like nothing so this place isn't as secured as I thought. Lastly, the front desk girls were fast but very unprofessional. I felt like I was checking into motel 6 with their appearance. No uniform, long dramatic nails, laughing loudly and handed me a half blank piece of paper with my wifi information the ink was running out. This is not the margaritaville I'm used to.

Would ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN, but a few things need to change

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 4 bed/4bath unit w pool was perfect for our 2 families. It was spotless, a perfect location. We were not there for theme parks, but they are very close if you are. Furniture was in perfect condition and appliances all worked. Only issues/recommendations: 1 TV is impossible to run. Either put better direction or just get cable. We ended up watching iPads but it would have been nice to watch March madness together. TV is like phone, it should work. 2. They would not provide extra TP. Only get what’s on rolls plus 1 roll per bath. Whoever came up w this rule is an accountant and not a guest services background. 3. Our pool heater didn’t work and wasn’t repaired our entire trip. This had a major impact on our enjoyment. We received a credit, but frankly this changed our entire trip and is unacceptable. 4. Pool is only cleaned weekly, not at turnover. We came in mid-week so others used it before us. Filter basket was full, lots of hair in pool. It is small, so kids (or adults) peeing in it is gross. They should clean and shock it at every rental change. (Perhaps would have known about broken heater)Summary: Negative: TV, TP and pool (dirty and cold)Positive: EVERYTHING ELSE (especially front desk)

Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We're so happy to hear that you found the home perfect for your group and that you found everything in good working condition. With regards to supplies, we stock a "starter supply" of items. This is not meant to be an endless supply, but to get guests through their arrival days so they can take inventory and purchase whatever is necessary for their stay. We will be sure to pass along your recommendation for better directions for the tv. We also apologize for the issue with the pool heater and that we were unable to address it during your stay. While we know it doesn't change anything, thank you for accepting the compensation we were able to offer. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know. You were wonderful guests and we hope that you'll give us another opportunity to host you with an improved experience. -The ACE Hospitality Team

Wouldn’t stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at Margaritaville cottages since 2020 or 2021. This is by far the worst cottage that I’ve ever stayed at. When looking at the general appearance of the cottage, there was broken blinds. The door handle on the third floor balcony came off in your hands. The chair leg was broken. There was just a lot of things that did not hold up to the Margaritaville standard when I’ve stayed before the towels for showering seem better. These were very thin and they left fibers on your skin after you dried off. The air was stuck at 64 for two days and then the day we asked for assistance overnight and went down to 62 and state stuck. We asked for linens on Friday. They never brought them until late on Saturday. The cottage had been freezing the entire time and then I received an email where they basically wanted to argue with me about how many times they had truly been contacted I was contacting them through in person to request linens on the first day the second day forward we continued to contact them over general maintenance issues and the air-conditioning whether it was through phone calls and email, but to me it’s very unprofessional when you wanna argue about how many times they truly been contacted because they was contacted a lot rather than just rectifying the situation. They also have a noise ordinance in place that they did not follow through with. It was constant loud music all night long from across the pond and The next to us again I would never stay here again. I’ve stayed here for years, but this was our last trip it was that bad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was beautiful. A few things that could be improved: The clothes dryer was not working correctly. We had to run each load 3 times to get it fully dried. There were no chairs/tables on either balcony so we could not enjoy the balcony space at all or sit outside on the balcony. The floor had not been mopped in awhile as evidence by all of our socks that were dirty within a few hours of wearing around the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. That’s one reason we rented this resort but disappointed it was closed.

Great Family Cottage + Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is great for large families. But lacked several amenities. There were two (2) coffee pots in the kitchen but no coffee, creamer or sugars available. There was a Margarita machine, but it did not have a power plug which was a huge bummer. The kitchen has able pots, pans, kitchen utensil, etc. but no salt or pepper. There were five (5) bathrooms and each bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper and half a roll under the sink. There were not enough towels in each bathroom, we had to wash the towels while we were there. There is zero maid service, this should be something noted upfront or at check in. Overall the cottage is great, but lacking basic amenities that should be included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this cottage and third trip to the resort. The location of this cottage is outstanding. You are close enough to the main pool and hotel to make it a short walk, but far enough away the you don't have people walking past you all day and night. The cottage was perfect for the five of us. Three adults and two kids. We all got our own room and bathroom. The private pool in the backyard was perfect for when the main pool was busy. Restaurants on the resort property are on point.
