The laundry has a washing machine. The outdoor entertaining is very private at Lonsdale Shores with a BBQ area and gardens and is well fenced for littlies and furbabies. There are also 2 fabulous decks upstairs that are ideal for alfresco dining or twilight summer drinks where you can enjoy the views over the rip. Upstairs consists of a second living area with couch and TV, plus 2 bedrooms. One is the main with a queen bed and ensuite. The other has 2 x single beds.
