Serene Getaway at Hojnacki's Cedar Hideaway

Hojnacki's Cedar Hideaway on the Manitowish Waters Chain of lakes, is a place where you can relax and have your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the sounds of nature, watch the fish jump from the dock in the early evening, or enjoy the beach and lake in the summer and snowmobiling or skiing in the winter, plus check out the new Pickle Ball courts! All these dreams and more can be yours at Hojnacki's Cedar Hideaway. HCH is located at 5311 Aberdeen Lodge Circle and tucked away in the woods on the Aberdeen Resort grounds, and enjoys all of the property amenities. This lovely cedar sided home is truly a delight and you are only minutes from the best fishing, boating, skiing, and snowmobiling in the area.

The home is 2250 sq. ft., and the perfect home for vacation offering an open concept living/dining area, two outdoor decks, picnic table, grill, and a fire pit. Attached 2 car garage will keep sleds warm in the winter and a large turn around driveway with plenty of parking for boat or snowmobile trailers.

* open concept kitchen, living, and dining area with cathedral ceilings throughout.

* Dishwasher, disposal, microwave, stove and refrigerator are all included. * SmartTV and WIFI. *lounge/game room with a convert-a-couch in lower level. We will allow max. 2 dogs with additional dog fee per dog and strict rules must be followed.
Minimum age is 25
There are trail cameras on the property. One in the woods and one by driveway/front of house.

Our host was amazing and very accommodating. The place was very clean and well kept, even the yard. We also got to meet some of the other owners of the cabins at the resort, who were also great and helped out when we were in need of information. Amazing vacation! Thank you

This was a great place for our family gathering. We brought our own boat, so the boat slip was great and convenient, with a small beach for our little grandson nearby, just a short stroll from the house. Swimming isn't the best in the channel for adults due to the weeds further out but not an issue for kids. Once out on the lakes, the water was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and tools for cooking. The yard was very private, great for yard games and our dog. Also nice, is the Aberdeen Restaurant is just a short walk down the end of the driveway, but get a reservation. It is a popular place. We had an awesome time!

The location was amazing, tucked back into the woods right next to Aberdeen Lodge but close enough to town. House was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Parking in the garage was super convenient as it was very cold nights! Host was very responsive before and after our trip. We definitely recommend this VRBO if you are looking for a true up north experience.

Great snowmobile destination!

Great property with everything you need including a restaurant right down the road with fabulous food! Very nice accommodations with great beds and awesome kitchen!

Best cabin experience ever

We loved staying at Manitowish Waters! Our family enjoyed all of the amenities included while staying at the cabin, including the beach, dock, fire pit. The Lodge served fantastic food and the location is the best.

Winter getaway

We've stayed here several times and always enjoy our time. The house is clean, comfortable, and is located on a beautiful property. We enjoyed walking to the restaurant next door for dinner and the kids were able to play in the (little bit of) snow.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Manitowish Waters is amazing and there is so much to do.

Lovely home that was perfectly set up for our needs. Loved that there are four separate bedrooms with king and queen beds. Everything we needed was there.

Snowmobiling vacation

The home was beautiful and the owner was always available. Our dogs enjoyed climbing the into the snow hills. The location near restaurants and snowmobile trails was perfect.

Little Slice of Heaven

Lorrie was an excellent host who was quick to answer any questions we had and was super helpful when booking with her. Her hideaway was very clean, super comfortable and was the perfect fit for our large group of ten! Very convenient location to everything. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Snowmobile trip

We came up for our annual snowmobile trip. House was very clean and spacious for our group of 10. The trails are right there. Definitely will book this place again.

I consider myself a semi-local. I grew up in Manitowish Waters, with some family still residing here. My husband, Warren and I call this our second home. We have spent many years enjoying the lakes, bike trails, winter activities, and all that nature has to offer. Warren, and I are so grateful to share our home with you, and eventually will retire and spend our summers at. We hope that your stay at the Cedar Hideaway is as enjoyable to you as it is to us.
