A gem of a house - comfortable, convenient, wonderful host who was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we hope to be able to book it again for another visit.

Let's start. The property is as described. It's a quiet neighborhood. And a scenic area. The backyard feels like a sanctuary. Then - it's clean. Very clean. And it's well stocked. There are plenty of bath towels, comfortable beds and clean linen. I could not ask for a better place to stay. Outside of the hussle and bussle of downtown, a close by grocery store, ice cream parlor, amazing coffee shop, and trails to walk.Communication with Maria and Bogdan was fantastic. Quick and responsive. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for being excellent responsible hosts!

Great Place has everything you need!

Great place clean, beds were great, has everything you need. Great hosts.. very helpful. This place was great for us who had local events but its a good 45min to downtown.. 25km but traffic wow!

Maria was very welcoming. As this was my second stay at Cozy House in Montreal in less than one year, I was already familiar with the host and the house. My family and I were not disappointed, we were very pleased once again with the condition of the house, location, and the amenities.

Well maintained spacious home in nice area.

Excellent accomodation for a family visiting Montreal for a wedding. Well equipped home with a very good variety of sleeping options. Great location for visiting the west island.

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay—although didn’t enjoy the construction going on throughout Montreal, but c’est la vie! House was great!

Perfect accommodation to suit our dynamic needs!

We stayed for 6 nights with extended family in order to attend a wedding. The house was perfect, lots of room, great amenities, lovely neighbourhood, and met our every need! I strongly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the greater MTL area!

Great stay in a nice house

We enjoyed our stay in the clean and comfortable house. The host was great with communication and addressing our requests. The only drawback is the traffic in getting downtown, but that appeared to just be a property of Montreal traffic everywhere. Highly recommended.

Canada Day Retreat

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on Ile Bizard. Accomodates friends and family and made for a beautiful stay while in Montreal. The hosts were accomodating and friendly. Check-in was easy. The home was complete with all essentials.

Lovely, just like the pictures. The only negatives: too many air fresheners, should have more than 1 tea towel.

Perfect Montreal West location

We were 4 friends with a need to stay in Montreal west island area....this property was ideally located, fully equipped, and modern. Maria was prompt in communications amd info...highly reccimmend
