Amazing stay in Naples

The property was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from bikes, a grill, glassware for indoors and plasticware for outside. The property was well maintained and I couldn’t have asked for more prompt or easy communication when I had a question or needed something.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I lie, if I could swap my real home for this I would. The location was great with an easy ride on the bikes to Wiggins Pass beach, and short driving distance to anything your need from a shopping and/or dining perspective including the Mercato. The rooms are comfortable each with its it’s own TV and fire stick, although I think we lived more in the patio living room with Weber grill and heated pool and spa. Had a short communication issue due to the VRBO app at first but both the owner and property manager were awesome early that we never had to contact them again. Definitely staying here again!

Amazing Beach getaway!!

Our whole family loved this house! From the moment we stepped in the front door everything smelled and looked very clean and was nice and cool. The space is huge and had plenty of room for 7 adults. Everything was decorated beautifully and fully stocked with all essentials. The pool area and lanai was gorgeous! The water was clear and clean and the temp was perfect! The house is in a large neighborhood but it was still so quiet and private. We were 4 mins from the beach. Jennifer from Naples vacation was fantastic with answering questions and helpful, friendly and attentive. We couldn't have picked a better place to spend our family vacation!!

Spring Break

A wonderful location to enjoy the beaches and downtown Naples. We loved the pool and hot tub (once we figured out how to get it to heat up!). Everything we needed for a family trip. Thanks so much!!

Beautiful, very comfortable home.

This was our first experience renting a home and we were not disappointed! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us with spaces to enjoy inside and outside. All the amenities made the stay feel like we were at home. My 7' husband appreciated the high ceilings, especially in the master shower! There are 2 bikes which we used daily. The adult bike needs chain repair, it kept falling off. The ride to Vanderbilt Beach is 8 min and mostly sidewalks. There was construction next door. Bring ear plugs, they start at 7am! Two mornings were rain, so no noise. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and heated, we used them several times a day. The hot tub has only one working jet, it would be nice if it were a full working whirlpool. Communication with the property manager was smooth, she answered questions quickly and sent the handyman over to show us a few things. There are dozens of light and fan switches- some are labeled, it would be helpful if they all were! Overall, a wonderful stay, we would return to this property if we were ever in Naples again!

Great location, nice heated pool and hot tub

Overall a fantastic stay. the bicycles were great to have available, great house and amenities. Lots of construction in the neighborhood but wasnt really an issue due to holidays.

Fun Weekend in Naples

This place was perfect for a beach and pool getaway. The beach is super close and the pool was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Lots of restaurants near by too. Would stay again!

Family vacation

Everything was perfect! The house was large with everything you need. The outdoor pool kept the kids busy all day. Jennifer was the best property manager I have ever had. You will love your stay at this home.

Comfortable big house

We enjoy the stay, the house is comfotable, spacious and well equipped. Location is good, like 5 min from the beach by car. a few things need better mantainace, like bike and jacuzzi, there were plenty of beach accessories to use. Overall we liked it a lot and we will come back, if possible.

Nice Naples Get away!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Beaches were a short drive away and the pool was a nice size for our family. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful spacious home

The home was beautiful with all the amenities you could think of. Home is in a nice area especially for early morning walks. There were many homes on the block, and surrounding blocks, that were under construction. However, considering all the construction the noise level was minimal. We could not get the hot tub above 80. Which is really our only complaint. We do wish someone would have assisted us with that issue but that would not stop us from renting again. Thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. We highly recommend.

Naple Family Retreat

Our stay was very enjoyable. Family and friends enjoyed the time in Naples. We totally utilized the heated pool, hot tub, and bikes. beach chairs and mats. Great location and property. With a one-year-old visiting, we were pleased to see a high chair, a stroller, and a pack -n-play. Great for families, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Had an AC issue and the management company promptly responded and had the problem corrected very quickly.

Deserves 4.5 Stars

Good location but construction surrounding us was disruptive. I was told the beaches were open but not told red tide made it uncomfortable to go there. House was clean with a nice set up but controls on tv's and pools hard to use. There was not a garage door opener as advertised. Overall minor inconveniences were offset by location and cleanliness.

Amazing location

Great location. Close to beach. Loved the beach cruiser bikes. The house is nice for the area. This whole of Naples Park has variable homes so have to be aware and have appropriate expectations. Overall a good home.

Hurricane Ian

The property looked like it hadn't touched since the hurricane. Our stay started October 20th. I was told the property would good for our stay. It missing 6 screen panels on the lanai. The mosquitoes were terrible on the lanai. Lanai was fixed the evening of October 21st. The pool and hot tub did not work properly the whole stay until the 24th of October. We had to put the cold garden house in the hot tub to refill the water. The pool and hot tub had leaves because the filtration didn't work didn't work correctly. Leaves because the lanai screens was missing. The pool guy was sent on Friday to clean only. There was no live TV thru xfinity. One of the guest bedrooms tvs didn't work. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work properly. We were having guests for our wedding so the ice was important. The kitchen sink sprayer didnt work. There were a couple medium sized palm trees down just outside the lanai. The down trees smashed the pool tubes and flattened them. The tubes were replaced Friday October 21st. The tree was down in front of lanai door so I moved it so we could access the pool system settings on the filtration. I was told the lawn guy should had been there prior to our stay to clean up some. I took into consideration the hurricane. We live here full-time in an RV and went through Ian ourselves. We paid a lot of money for a property that should have been in better standings than it was.

We stayed a week in July 2022. Six adults, a teenager, and an infant. The house was gorgeous. We lived in the pool. Loved the hot tub. We were all in awe of this house. A plethora of household utensils and the grill works wonderfully! I do have some suggestions, however. Please update the house instructions left on the counter top. I emailed the lady who supposedly handles the booking and she never answered, and has not to this day. A bicycle broke while my SIL was riding and I just wanted her to know. We also had to clean out the dryer vent because so much debris was in the bottom we could not shove the filter back into the little slot. A small job for my SIL. Update the beach towels and add a few to the supply. They are unraveling with each wash. Would we stay again? Oh, you bet. This house is a quality place with the quietest AC I have ever encountered.
