We had a wonderful experience. Jennifer was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The property was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this property manager and would be happy to stay with them again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed watching football outside by the pool. The landscaping was beautiful around the home and pool.

GREAT LOCATION

Kids would not get out of the salt water pool. Loved the location and the home has a great layout. The beach and stores are walking distance. Definitely would consider visiting again.

Fun Weekend in Naples

This place was perfect for a beach and pool getaway. The beach is super close and the pool was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Lots of restaurants near by too. Would stay again!

Lovely family vacation stay!

Awesome vacation home. Very good location very close to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. House was very spacious with a lovely outside area. My family and I had a great time staying here!

This is a beautiful house. Well appointed. However, First problem we had was with pool. We were unable to use it during the day because the spa went on for hours from 8 am to about 5 pm and it pumped hot water into pool. Then the cockroaches. In garage, it wasn’t so bothersome. But then we found them in bedrooms and in the kitchen utensils drawers and where glasses were kept. My husband and his family are Floridians and we understand the bug problem during rainy season but this was out of control. The day before check out my daughter, husband and her children went to beach and we took car to visit relatives. The temperature was over 100 degrees and neither my daughter nor the children could handle heat and they walked back to house, only to find that they were locked out. My daughter called me and I immediately called manager who said we had been checked out! I said we had not but since I didn’t have reservation handy, I asked for another day and I would pay an additional fee. I explained that all our possessions were in house still. She put me in hold, I checked my reservation and it was obvious she’d made a mistake. We were to check out next morning at 10 am. No apology was issued but she made it look as if she’d done me a favor by giving access to house again. Of all the problems the one I found the most troublesome was the lack of empathy from property manager. Her manner at first professional turned into a cold indifference and lack of empathy. Most unprofessional

Nice Naples Get away!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Beaches were a short drive away and the pool was a nice size for our family. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Outdoor Oasis!

Loved this house! We were outside all day everyday with the pool, hot tub and outdoor “family room”. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and a nice walk to the beach. Jen was wonderful and so helpful when we had a question!

Great location, nice heated pool and hot tub

Overall a fantastic stay. the bicycles were great to have available, great house and amenities. Lots of construction in the neighborhood but wasnt really an issue due to holidays.
