Caobos

Overall it was a good stay. Had problems adjusting the hot water at the shower. The handle came off. And constant dog fights coming from the neighbor next door in the early hours of the morning. But it was a good stay for the money.

Affordable Stay

The apartment was an affordable place to stay, and the other tenants were friendly and helpful. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the only major complaint was the fighting dogs at the house behind the building. They barked and yelped and snarled all day and night. This was not the fault of the owner of this property, though. Just made it very difficult to sleep during our stay. I mesaged the owner and have not yet received a response.

Hi, thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the stay affordable and appreciated the friendly environment. We also appreciate your feedback about the bed comfort. Regarding the neighboring dogs, we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it affects sleep. Unfortunately, that situation was outside of our property, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. We also apologize if your message didn’t receive a timely response at the time. We’ve worked hard to improve our communication process since then. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi thank you for your feedback. We apologize that not all of the information was clearly available online and that you had to call for assistance. We’ve since improved our check-in instructions to make important details easier to access. We’re also sorry about the temporary internet and TV outage that evening. Thankfully it was resolved quickly, but we understand how inconvenient that was during your stay. Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback.

Cozy Convenient

It was a cozy little apartment. I found it odd that it had a full size bed. For a couple who are almost 6 feet tall it was not the best, although the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Hi thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the apartment comfortable and appreciated the location. We also appreciate your feedback about the bed size. At the time, the unit was listed with a full-size bed, but we understand that may not have been ideal for taller guests. Your feedback helped us better evaluate guest comfort preferences, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Nice place

It was very comfortable here and relatively clean. Small but cute, outdoor space is shared. Bring your own toiletries. Owner was friendly and responded right away when I called on arrival.
