Kirra Gardens 15 is located on the fifth floor and has been previously renovated throughout. This modern 2 bedroom unit is located directly across from Kirra Point which offers some of the best views on the Gold Coast.

Kirra Gardens 15 offers 2 bedrooms, master with king bed and second room with queen bed. Both bedrooms offer ample storage with built in robes. A contemporary style main bathroom and also internal laundry facilities for your convenience.

The kitchen features Caesar stone benchtops and stainless-steel appliances including induction cooktop and dishwasher. The air-conditioned lounge room complete with smart TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi leads seamlessly through the glass bi-fold doors to your private beachside balcony. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean views!

Kirra Gardens 15 offers quality fittings and finishes, tiling and feature walls and on trend décor throughout.

Kirra Gardens is a well maintained and secure building with lift access, and one secure carpark (clearance height 2.2m) for guests to use.

Kirra Gardens is ideally located across from a world-famous surf point, patrolled beach, surf club and only a short stroll into Coolangatta. It is a favourite for couples and retirees escaping the cold southern winters.

* This property is a non smoking building and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises please.

* Please note there is construction nearby which may result in noise, dust and other disruption at times. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss further.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Ideal getaway.

Great position, centrally located to all amenities. Unit was very clean and modern. Car is parked securely, whilst you enjoy your stay.

Great view - Location

Unit was in a great location, Comfortable King Bed. Kitchen super small, had to lift the microwave onto theStove Hotplate to plug in or couldn’t open the door also only one power point in the kitchen working.

Great spot but small

We really enjoyed the property although it was very small compared to the pictures and the master bedroom has excessive balls of dust under the bed which caused issues with my sons exzema. Also a couple of vital conveniences to improve. That said I’m very sure they are proactive renters and will review and update anything required. Don’t let this review put you off just constructive criticism.

Comfortable but small

Description was fairly accurate but the unit is small. Both bedrooms are more suited to smaller beds and luggage storage difficult. Location was excellent. Car parking space was awkward to access. Unit is at the end of the block and was quiet. Best for two people only.
