Jeff thank you for your feedback. Prior checkin we had the oven self cleaned and that was where the smell came from when you first check in. We usually don’t do self clean no worries. We are glad you enjoyed the stay and we look forward to host you all again! Joy

Great Vacation Home

House has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Kids loved the themed rooms and the shuffle board, air hockey table, pool table and ping pong tables. Pool and hot tub were great. Worth paying to heat the pool in November. Definitely enjoyed the house.

Great Family Friendly House

The house was entertaining for every age group. The adults actually took over the movie theater one night. The pool is fenced in well. There was more than enough space for us. The property owner was very attentive and personable. I’d recommend the property and consider staying again.

Fabulous Family Vacarion

What a great house! Our entire family loved it. There was so much to do, with the pool (with its heated spa), the ping pong table, the home theatre, and the game room. The layout of the house was perfect for our different schedules and bedtimes; the bedrooms were quiet even when the play areas were in use. The cul-de-sac provided ample parking. Joy was a fabulous host, who responded quickly to any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Hi Carlton, we found this review to be completed untrue. We always reach out to our guests before, during and after the stay. However we received zero communication during your stay stating any issue or anything I told today. We have been hosting for 6 years and received 5 stars only for this property. Regarding your review there are 8 bedrooms with 5 king size beds, 2 full size beds and 6 single size beds total. Our house are exactly as shown in photos so does our resort amenities. Feel free to leave any details about what exactly concerns you regarding the bed size. I recommend read all of our reviews! Thank you for staying our villa.

Enjoyable stay

The house was phenomenal. We recommend that during the summer months the spa be heated but not the pool. We were disappointed with the clubhouse amenities. The grounds around the house were not usable due to fire ants. We were not able to use the grill due to this problem. Overall, we had a great time.
