Location was great! There was some problems with ac at first but it was quickly resolved. The owner's were great with communication. We will return again!

My wife and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful condo. The beach was just steps away, with a terrific view from the balcony. The host was incredibly accommodating with very clear check-in and check-out instructions. Getting in and out of the complex was very easy, and unit was terrific. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Love this property, the balcony has a direct view of the beach. Three bedrooms and 3 full baths were all very clean and well equipped with towels. The condo is the closest to the beach you can get and right by the elevator, couldn't ask for a better location. There was an unexpected issue with the door lock but the owners helped us out immediately and were wonderful to work with. So many fun things are located close by the property as well, couldn't recommend this place enough! Its perfect

Beautiful Location

The condo was very spacious and we enjoyed each room having its own bathroom. Beautiful view from master bedroom and living room. Waters looked very tropical. Private beach was a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Family Fun

Condo was perfect for our family trip to Miramar Beach for spring break. Best view, short walk to beach, clean and extremely family friendly accommodations. We love Mainsail and this unit was perfect!

Great Location

This location is fantastic! It’s right on the beach, and our room was conveniently located near an elevator for easy beach access. We stayed during the Fourth of July and had the best time watching a spectacular firework show put on by the residents. I highly recommend this condo – we absolutely loved it!

Amazing place

I can't say enough good things! The hosts were so easy and patient to communicate with. The place itself was beautiful, the location is perfect and it was easily accessible to the beach. The weather was the only downside to our trip but being able to go to the pool/hot tub and sit on the balcony and watch the waves made it still worthwhile. Thank you SO much for a wonderful place to stay!

Great, Spacious Beach Front Condo

We had a great experience staying at this condo. It was very spacious, clean, and had no issues. We would stay here again and highly recommend. It was very convenient having a bathroom for every bedroom. It was steps away from the beach, shopping, and good food.

Great time!!!

The condo is as absolutely perfect!! Everything worked as it should an was very clean!!! It was stocked perfectly! The only issue we had was with the chair service! They are a little ridiculous but other than that it was amazing!

Loved it!

We loved everything about our stay. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the view was perfect. We all had privacy with the bedroom layout. The living area was very open and roomy.

Perfect beach accommodations

This lovely condo provided my family with all the amenities we needed plus more!! We enjoyed the newly renovated condo and felt right at home. The location is perfect and central to any place you may want to visit. Jeff and Patti answered all questions quickly and were available if needed. A big win for us

We love mainsail!

This was our 3rd time staying in a condo at mainsail. We love the location and being right on the beach. Everything at this condo was as advertised. The owners were quick to respond to any of my questions, the condo was clean, and it was well stocked with everything we needed to make the place home for a week. We will be back!

Miramar beach 2024

Loved the convenience of the area. Close to great food , easy beach access. The only thing we didn’t care for was the beach service on how the chair rental is handled. Everyone has to be at the beach every morning at 8:30 am to wait to see what chairs are available , then it’s first come first serve. Very unorganized and take a lot time out of your mornings. The cycle repeats daily. Other than that all great.

Do not stay here!

I do not recommend this complex or this unit. There was confusion at check in with parking and parking was a nightmare. The washing machine wasn't working properly and the internet and television did not work during our stay. We contacted the owner and nothing was fixed during our stay.

Emily B, we are so sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations or to ours. To say that you had the "perfect storm" in our condo was an understatement. Problems with the washing machine, internet and television were all unexpected and unfortunately all happened at the same time. Upon notification from you, we contacted the appliance repair service as well as the internet service to try to rectify the problems in a timely manner. The repairman for the washer was there the day after you reported the problem. As far as the internet/cable issue, we are under a bulk agreement with the Mainsail Owners Association. Unfortunately , we were at the mercy of Cox Cable for the Internet and cable tv repair. They put in an order for "expedited service" for the replacement of the modem. Again, we apologize for this issue but some things are beyond our control. The parking confusion you mentioned, confuses us as well. The normal process is that we notify the security gate with all of your information prior to your arrival., which was done. Upon arrival, the gate gives you a parking pass for your car. As per the instruction packet that we sent to you, parking for guests is under the tennis courts or the guest parking areas outside the parking garage. We followed up with Mainsail Security Gate on this issue of the problem with your parking permit. In addition, there is work being completed on the parking garage structure, under the tennis courts, which did limit some parking that would normally be available. Once again, this situation was out of our control, but we understand your frustration. We have issued a refund of a portion of the daily rent for the problems you encountered. We do our best to provide a quality experience for our renters and are as disappointed as you that your experience was not up to everyone's expectations. Patti and Jeff Johnson
