This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. The fifth bedroom could be used as a family/kids room as it has a queen bed, sofa bed & lounge with TV& DVD player with a selection of 500 DVDs

It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. You can wake up in the morning and look towards Warwick and The Range.

With only a 10 min drive you are in the Warwick Town Centre for shopping, restaurants & coffee shops to explore.

It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block so is great if you want to bring the family pet. There is also a dog/ kid safe fence at the back of the house. There is also plenty of room to park a boat/caravan/horse trailer etc

The house has internet available NBN & a large screen smart TV in the formal lounge. There is dining inside & out, with a BBQ & outdoor open fireplace. There is also an 8 seater summer/winter spa which is undercover.

It is in close proximity to Lesley Dam which caters for fishing, sailing, jet skiing & water skiing.

It is suited for a relaxing country escape with friends and/or family.

Perfect

This property is exceptional in every way. The location is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The house is gorgeous, both inside and out and so well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The owners were great to communicate with and have gone to alot of effort to present such a beautiful place. Our dogs loved the enclosed yard and the space to roam around. The outdoor spa was fantastic. Overall, a perfect getaway. Thank you Sandy and Paul.

Peace & quiet

Really enjoyed the locality & space. Country peace and fresh air, beautiful views. Especially enjoyed breakfasts on the front porch listening to the birds and watching the weather come through. Accommodation was excellent. Highly recommended.

Country Break

Extremely well equipped and stocked home with five generous bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. Fabulous large outdoor spa. Very well set up for puppies. Lovely country views but still very close to Warwick for shopping and restaurants. Excellent for craft or art break with friends. Overall we would highly recommend this as a peaceful friends or couples retreat. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful family stay

Spacious, clean and pet friendly. Plenty of onsite parking and peaceful outlook to Warwick. A perfect place for our bride and her attendants to prepare. Hosts were amazing, accommodating and kept us well informed.

We currently live in surburbia in Brisbane with our 4 dogs. The life style is hectic & wanted somewhere to get away from the rat race.
We found this property & fell in love with it straight away. It is so relaxing out here but still close to shops, cafes & medical if needed.

We have always liked the country & now we can enjoy it & share this’s place with you.
Our dogs love to run around in the wide open spaces & I know they are safe.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The views around are lovely & it is so close to the Leslie Dam for fishing, boating & jet skiing. We love sitting on the front porch in the afternoon with some wine & cheese & enjoying the views.
