Great location and proximity to the falls. Quick 5 min drive or walkable down falls ave. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. Very easy check in/out. Pet friendly! Home has everything you could possibly need and more. Games, appliances, etc!

The reason I chose the site was becauseit said it was 10 minutes walk to the attractions. It was not a 10 minute walk to the attractions. It was a 10 minute walk to the bus? River? At least a half an hour walk to the attractions. The mattresses need upgrading, we’re obviously old and sagging in the centers. The couch on the inside wall head spring poking up through through it. The TV was not a “smart TV “so we got to watch local news and channels only. Overall, a bit disappointing.

There were envelopes of instant oatmeal, empty cereal, container containers there was a dog bed with dog hair all over it

The envelopes of oatmeal were complimentary , the cereal wasn't empty , they were cereal containers to put your own cereal in to stay contained. We do not provide the cereal and the dog bed was vaccuumed .Very surprised as we let these guests in four hours early.

Wonderful location near Niagara Falls

Lovely property in ideal location for Niagara Falls and all the events there. Plenty of space inside. Owners very engaged - left a lovely welcome basket and information was wonderful - Had a book with everything in the Area..

Great location for having fun in Niagara

The renting is great. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond. The place is perfect for 3 couples and are dog friendly. Happy with our stay.

The location of the house was great. We were close to bus transportation which was very easy and convenient. Other than that we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There was animal hair all around. The floors were sticky and the carpets were dirty. Parts of the floor seemed hollow and unstable. There was mildew and a dirty bandaid in the shower. We found ants on the counter multiple times during our stay. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves because the counters were dirty and sticky at spots. Fortunately we did not need to spend much time at the house.

This is unfortunate, we did try out new cleaners and since the feedback from this guest, we let the cleaners go and hired new ones

Great Niagra Falls Rental

Loved staying here for our Niagra Falls vacation. Lots of small personal touches for both us and our dogs. Great location for transportation to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Niagara. Thanks for helping to make our vacation great!!!

Great Location

This house has every thing you need. I could tell the hosts cared about our stay. Walkable to the falls if you want to get some exercise in.

Perfect place for Niagra get away

My family and pooch spent a few night using this perfect little house as home base to see all that the area had to offer. Easy walk to restaurants. Close to falls without feeling line you were living in all the craziness down there!

Wonderful

This was the best VRBO we have visited. The house was well organized and had everything we needed. Location was great, close enough that we could walk to the falls and most attractions. Also close to the bus and train stations. Host was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Niagara Falls

Well located in an older neighbourhood and very clean property with owners who genuinely care about their guests' experience. Nice to be close but not too close to the fun at the Falls and on Clifton Hill. Lots of space, excellent tv/wifi and comfortable bedding. Check out cruise night on Queen just a short walk away - an unexpected family favourite.

Memorable Experience and Thoughtful Hosts

We had a really great time here it was my son’s birthday and we had to come up for business so we were able to give him some privacy with his own space in the basement and keep our kids upstairs with us.

Nice Weekend Vacation

The owners were very communicative and helpful. The house was as advertised, however they didn't add how many young children activities they had available. The kids absolutely loved the place. It was close to the falls and had plenty of parking. We would choose to stay there again when we visit Niagara.
