Well, I must say, this renter renter did call and leave me a voice mail their 1st night complaining of a mouse siting. I called his cell the next morning and there was no reply, so I texted him to return my call but no reply. Once he learned of a damage and excessive cleaning report (IE: candle wax drippings on deck table, sliding screen door was off the track and they continued using forcing metal on metal damage to both the track and screen door, etc...), he did threaten in a voice mail that he would write a bad review, unless I removed the partial deposit charge that day, and that he would dispute the rental fee even though his family stayed the full week. There are no stains on the bedding as fabricated by this renter, and his KY comment was actually a message oil and was labeled as such, that I forgot was in the night stand. I did miss emptying one bathroom drawer that did have a toothbrush in it and will make sure it doesn't happen again. We did discuss the beer in one refrigerator drawer, at one point and he was ok w it. If you read the review from the renter who stayed the week prior, I think it speaks for itself. I take pride in keeping my place clean, and have recently put new windows, new siding and complete rebuild of the bathroom. This renter will not be invited to stay again.
