Great place to stay with your family and friends. The location, people, pools, spa, gym, etc. Everything is perfect to enjoy a great weekend. Nice and clean apartment with amazing views and fully equipped.

Condo was clean but lacking many lightbulbs( which after contacting the owner was corrected) very few glasses, no washrags n very few hand towels.View was amazing!!

Unit was good size and you can't beat the views. Only wish there were bigger couch/ living room furniture. Could use more seating, but fine for small family.

Great Unit in Perfect Location for Golf and Beach

Stayed for long weekend on 3rd floor unit, it was furnished great, had nice views and relaxing. Beds are awesome and you can't beet the location. Make sure you pay attention to the key pickup in town. This was an easy process and allowed the opportunity for last minute item pickup like ice and beverages. Enjoy!

Great relaxing getaway!

We couldn't have had a better stay than at Luna Blanca. Tina was so helpful in getting us in a unit to suit our family with our time restraints. The property manager was exceptionally nice. He even stayed late to make sure we were in the unit, settled, and knew how everything worked. The unit and the grounds are beautiful and the ocean view can't be beat! Every employee we encountered went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. Besides having the beach to ourselves we enjoyed the view from the weight room, the heated pool and how well kept the grounds were. It was so relaxing and peaceful we can't wait to return.

the electrical outlets on the counter did not wk!!! i had to put the coffee maker on the ground because thats the only outlet that had power

Falta de orientacion

Cuando llegamos no habia nadie para recibirnos. Tuve que entrar a la instalacion para buscar a alguien. Y de suerte encontre a la persona de seguridad quien me ayudo a accesar el cuarto. Me comento la persona de seguridad que cuando hize la reservacion me tuvo que llegar la informacion de como accesar a los condominios, pero jamas me llego. Lo otro que no me gusto es que las albercas solo una medio templaron y de los 4 jacuzzi solo uno funcionaba al 100% y el otro no hacia burbujas. Las demas cosas estaban bien. El asador limpio y funcional. Si lo recomiendo por que no hay mucha concurrencia y te sirve para privacidad.

Great property, responsive owner

We just returned from 4 nights at this wonderful property. The kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms/bathrooms were all nicely setup. I was a little worried about the 11th floor being too high up for a good beach view, but the view was incredible. The view is slightly eastward, so better for watching the sunrise than the sunset. But there are lots of places on the property to sit and watch the sunset. Check in was super easy, and the owner was very responsive to my questions. I'd definitely consider renting this property again.

Almost Perfect

everything was great except a very noisy refrigerator and the heat did not work in master bedroom. Did see a new fridge in the lobby with corresponding room number so hopefully that will be resolved.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. You are correct as that refrigerator in the lobby was for that unit and has been replaced. The heater/AC has also been fixed. We look forward to you staying with us again.

What a nightmare, renter beware

I have stayed in various units in this development over the past few years. I visit Rocky Point 2 to 4 weeks a year. I love Rocky Point. Things you should know, there is no longer a reciprocal agreement with the Mayan. And for the entire week I was here, none of the pools were heated, which made it too cold to swim (early October visit). As other guests have mentioned in their reviews, this unit needs maintenance and updating. There’s various broken things around the unit and the bedding/towels/couches are old and in need of immediate replacement. What I didn’t anticipate is that the owner would make up charges and bill our credit card for $100 following our stay. If you decide to stay here, which I caution you against, make a careful photo inventory of everything. You might need these to dispute charges with your credit card company. Especially focus on the damaged and/or worn out stuff that you will encounter. In my case, it was the towels and bedding. Do this immediately upon check in, as you would an old rental car. This is my first negative review on this platform. Zero stars.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is modern, nice furniture, with a great view of the ocean & pool. The gym was clean and facing the ocean so beautiful. So was the entire premises super clean. All the employees were friendly and accommodating. There was a little problem with the listing (Mayan access).. however I left my passports and they said they would send them to me. I haven't received a tracking #. I tried to contact the owner and my email has been rejected. I need to know how and when they were sent and a tracking # would be fabulous. mindybuesa@yahoo.com
