Relax in our cool, comfortable, and spacious one-bedroom condo in the desirable Turtle Cove area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Just steps from the pools and hot tub, this beautifully located retreat offers tranquility, convenience, and stunning ocean views.

Set within a 3.5-acre resort of lush tropical landscaping, La Vista Azul places you within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, Turtle Cove marina, and Smith’s Reef—one of the largest barrier reefs in the world—which connects to the pristine sands of Grace Bay Beach.

Our 1,187 sq. ft. suite features panoramic ocean views and direct access to the pool area from your private covered patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The condo was even better than listed. Our first visit- hopefully not a last. The owner was very helpful with all sorts of recommendations from food to car rentals. Walkable to many great spots including Smith Reef snorkeling. Would recommend a car rentals- we loved exploring the island with the freedom.

Loved the unit and proximity to the pool. Views were beautiful and beach a short walk. It was so quiet during our stay. Several great restaurants within a short walk. Nice to have beach chairs and other beach items for use. We will be back to Turks and seek out this unit.

Loved the spacious 1BR unit, with easy access to the pools and hot tub. Glad there were two pools just outside, as one was out of commission on our last day. Incredible views of Grace Bay Beach and Shark's Reef, and close proximity to Turtle Cove. We walked everywhere and there were three inviting restaurants close by, as well as a convenient breakfast and gelato spot down the 84 stairs to street level. Everyone there was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Owner Peter was extremely responsive to a small problem at the unit. Make sure you follow the clear directions given to make your way to the unit (extremely easy access if you find your way to the dropoff at the front door), as we were initially dropped off at the lower level and climbing the 84 steps with baggage would have been a bear. Recommend highly when staying in the area.

Our stay at Peter’s was great . The place was clean , spacious and walking distance to beach and restaurants . The pool just outside the back door was a bonus for the kids . Would highly recommend .

Very spacious one bedroom unit.Everything is in excellent condition.The views from the outdoor terrace are very nice.We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the experience.A rental car is required. Book it in advance.Many wonderful beaches and restaurants to explore.

Fantastic condo to stay at, thank you, Peter. Extremely clean, and bright each morning, located in a quiet community of other condos. Peter was very helpful prior to getting there and throughout the stay when we had a few questions. The Beach is walking distance, but be sure to use sunscreen because the sun is closer than you think. We highly recommend staying here.

The property was spotless and the grounds were kept in excellent shape.

Was an excellent place for our stay. Property was very well maintained and pools cleaned daily. Great views of the ocean and only a ten minute walk to the beach.
