Cathedral Ceilings 2 story house with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, Sleeps up to 20 people.
Upon host approval events will be allowed with additional event fee please inquire with host. (extra charges apply for more than 6 overnight guests and for all events and gatherings involving visitors not sleeping over). Extra charges apply for additional overnight guests and visitors and events or gatherings.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security surveillance cameras. These devices are monitored and may be recording activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy as there are no cameras in any inside private areas and no cameras in outside private patio areas. There are exterior monitored security cameras located on the north and south sides of the property mounted on two structures, both pointing toward the gates which is the only property access points, (again, no cameras in any inside nor private back patio spaces, as we respect the privacy of guests).

Large Great Room with HDTV (fireplace in pic does not work). Big back patio area with large hot tub and also a gazebo and al fresco dining area with wet bar, two grills. .

Full Disclosure Policy - Please be sure to State clearly many overnight guests and how many additional visitors not sleeping over. And inform of any party or event plans.

The bed set up is: Master - King; Bedroom#2 - 2 full size; Bedroom#3 - 2 full size; Bedroom#4 - 1 full size; Bedroom#5 - 1 full size; Bedroom #6 - 1 queen size and as many air mattresses as are needed. We can also add air mattress to other rooms as needed. We provide all bedding and towels as NO Outside beds, air mattresses or bedding or towels are permitted to be brought in by guests (exception being of course the must-have personal pillows in which case we ask that they be property labeled and taken with you when you leave.).
