The summer kitchen overlooks the manicured gardens of the Essex and comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on the wooden dining room table or spacious kitchen counter. The appliances include a coffee maker and blender, because there’s no better way to start the day than morning coffee on the tree-shaded balcony, and there’s no better way to end it than sipping an ice-cold cocktail as the setting sun lights up the sky.

The bedrooms come with plenty of drawer and closet space and windows that look out on the garden, so you’ll fall asleep to massaging tropical breezes and the sound of rustling palm trees.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing amenities, including air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, free wi-fi, cable and televisions in the living room and bedrooms. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk across the street to the silken sands and turquoise waters of South Beach, where the activities never end.
