The property was very nice and quiet. Nice beach views, clean pool, and the condo was very clean. The condo is on the French side, if you’re looking for night life action be sure to stay on the Dutch side. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

This is a cute little apartment just north of Orient Bay beach. Definitely rent a car for your time on the island! The half mile walk to the beach town is all on sand, but is an approachable walk. Otherwise the drive is about 10 minutes to the same location. We enjoyed the patio and the air conditioning worked great. If you plan to do laundry, you'll need to bring your own detergent. There is a Nespresso machine, and we bought a few pods from the grocery store in town. The restaurants in town are amazing. Just remember you are on "island time" and enjoy the slow pace of this island!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! In addition to the beautiful views and the close proximity to the beach, the owners were welcoming and extremely responsive as were the managers. This vacation is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, lovely getaway!

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The space is clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel warm and inviting. The building itself is well-maintained,the location is incredibly convenient, few minutes driving to shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood also feels safe and welcoming, which was important to me.One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful ocean view, along with the excellent management team. They were friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the residents’ experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Linda very welcoming and responsive to our minor needs. Location excellent. Very Quiet. Apartment great for 2 and has pull out sofa also for a guest. 2 minute walk to excellent pool and Orient Beach.

My family and I had such a blast! Condo was perfect size for my family (2 adults 2 kids). Check in was quick and easy with our host having the on site managers personally meet us and take us to the condo. We found that super helpful bc the development can be tricky to navigate as first timers. Our flight was very delayed but they accompanied us and did not mind waiting for us. Condo was clean and quiet and we felt safe the entire trip! The condo itself is comfortable with AC (a must in the island) and a small kitchen which came in handy to cook for my family when we were too tired to go out and eat. Location is convenient to visit all the beautiful beaches on the French side of the island. We're biased and prefer staying in the French side haha and believe the beaches are prettier on this side of the island. Pool on site was a great perk for the kiddos on the days they did not want to go to the beach. It's clean and beautifully maintained. Orient Beach is walking distance although we didn't visit it bc unfortunately too much sargassum. We did see excavators take out the sargassum daily but seemed to be a lost cause so we didn't bother with going to the beach but did visit the other beautiful nearby beaches including Pinel Island! Highly recommend a visit to Pinel Island! It's easy and quick drive from the condo. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing and convenient location when visiting St Martin!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more comfortable than the photos suggest. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived.Marc was responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.

A wonderful stay at this 2nd floor condo! It’s perfectly located on the quiet end of beautiful Orient beach! The view was so beautiful from the lanai! The space was roomy and comfortable, exactly as pictured. The hosts were friendly. A minor note for improvement would be to have a luggage cart available, as it was a bit of a trek to carry bags also, to do away with the key and have keyless entry. I think this would be good for the host as well as the guests not to have the worry of losing the key. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!”

Second trip to Mount Vernon. We would book this condo again. Great access to Orient beach!Love the private neighborhood with perfect market and pizza place on property. With no reception or check in staff, would be more efficient at arrival to provide code to lockbox and a building map. Linda was delightful and the condo was great, everything in good condition. Owners very responsive. We did purchase laundry detergent, shampoo and extra toilet paper, but the kitchen set up was just right. linens were fresh and furnishings bright and fun. Would recommend better or additional pillows in bedroom.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in mid April. The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach, and it is close to a lot of great restaurants. There is a little market and a small pizza restaurant located in the condo development which was very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/pans and we used it to make breakfast and coffee each morning. I would recommend staying in this condo 100%!

Great people

The managers of the property were so wonderful and kind. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond. Right on a beautiful beach. Not a lot of restaurants and night life in that area but very peaceful.

It was good. Lovely condo. I just didn't like the extra long walk to and from the parking lot to the condo, up and down the hills in the summer heat. Otherwise, no complaints.

Orient Beach Condo

This condo is exactly what the photos show. No trick photography. Very clean , short walk to the beach & pool. Had a couple of minor problems & the owners responded immediately. The property managers are very nice & do a good job also. Great vacation!

Serenity

This unit is the same size as the other units at Mont Vernon but the space has been reconfigured to give the bedroom privacy. The kitchen is small but is well appointed and met our needs as we only cooked our breakfast each morning. Decorated in turquoise blu and grey lends to a calm feeling.

Perfect Resort Location!

There is a wide range of nearby restaurants that are just a short drive (< 5 mins) or a beach walk (15-20 mins). We made this this walk easily 1-2x per day. Pinel Island is a must-see. Plan ahead by reserving chairs, so you have a place to call home when you arrive. The short ferry was quick and simple, but I would have also considered renting a kayak if it were available. (also need to book ahead). We would definitely stay here again!

We love Orient Beach with its seemingly endless white sand stretch- the North end is kept in its natural state- which offers magnificent views and is a unique and peaceful place to unwind. It literally seems totally remote, but at the same time, there is so much to do close by. Our favorites are snorkeling, boating, hiking, zip lining, and finding new favorite spots for dining. We also love the mix of Europe and the Caribbean- St. Martin is truly unique.

Our condo is unique in layout as it has a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom- perfect for a family with 1-2 kids. It has been completely renovated and offers great indoor/outdoor living and magnificent views that do not get old! The large beach-side pool offers amazing views of Orient Beach and the mountains as well as complimentary lounge chairs. It has direct beach access. The residence underwent a complete renovation in the past couple of years, including a brand-new waterfront pool!
