I live in Hawaii but teach skiing part-time at Heavenly during peak holiday times after Christmas. Marriott's Timber Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Tahoe, with beautiful facilities, a great pool, hot tubs and the best location in Tahoe for skiers, just a few steps from Heavenly's Gondola (which comes down to street level), restaurants and shops in Heavenly Village, and even casinos and nightclubs a couple of blocks away. I'm staying at the Timber Lodge too, so if you're a skier (or even snowboarder), perhaps we can make some turns on the mountain together.

Right next to Heavenly Gondola and Heavenly Village, with many restaurants, shops, a movie theater and even an ice-skating rink. Target and CVS are within walking distance for groceries and other things you might need. Within a couple of blocks of Harrah's, Ceasars Republic, Golden Nugget & Bally's Casinos. Marriott's Timber Lodge Front Desk is available 24/7 for assistance and questions you might have.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Nicest, most convenient place to stay that I know of for skiers to stay in Tahoe. Right next to the main Gondola for Heavenly Ski Resort. If you're flying in from Reno airport, you don't even need a car. You can take the South Tahoe Airporter shuttle bus and get off at Harrah's Hotel & Casino about a block away.
