This bright and airy unit provides all you need for a wonderful vacation. Make yourself at home. Beautifully appointed with imported Italian porcelain flooring, a gorgeous kitchen with black granite counters and honey maple cabinetry with custom stone back splash. New stainless appliances were recently added.

All the conveniences are here.

The residence incorporates a split floor plan for added privacy. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living/dining Room; each having Its own bathroom/shower with granite and custom vanities. The huge master Includes a queen size bed and sitting area with walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers both a double and a twin bed with large reach-in closet.

All cooking and living amenities are afforded. Your trip to the Beach is also covered as you have high and low beach chairs (6), umbrellas, some beach toys, beach towels 2 Igloo coolers. Tennis racquets/balls await your game on one of the three Har-tru clay courts on site.

Bosch washer and dryer appliances are in the unit for your laundry needs.

Relax as you watch your entertainment on one of the three flat screen TV’s with Xfinity X1 HD. The 49” living room unit includes a Blue Ray DVD player. There is a free secure Xfinity WI-FI connection available in the residence with unlimited data.

This unit has Preferred and Assigned Carport Parking; close to the south building entrance. Your vehicle will stay cool and dry on the those hot days!

Harbor Towers is a wonderful waterfront resort style complex located on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The grand waterfall welcomes you to this tropical oasis as you enter the grounds. Beach Access is via the public access entrance a few hundred yards up the street.

Questions or assistance once you arrive?... No Worries! This particular unit is supported by "on-site" management. The rental office is located on the main floor of the complex.

Harbor Towers is a secure compound with coded entry at gate/doors.

Resort amenities Include; 2 heated pools, clay tennis courts, fishing facilities, a remodeled weight/exercise room, men and women's saunas, as well as a marina basin with island picnic area. There are 4 BBQ's in the expansive poolside patio area along with ample tables and seating to enjoy your meals. Take a stroll to the island gazebo with your evening beverage and enjoy a chance encounter with dolphins or manatees.

Annual Spring Vacation

We had a great vacation in Siesta Key and staying at this condo made it even more special. The unit was lovely. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, very modern and up to date, well stocked, and the owner thought of everything in terms of what guests might need. It was super busy in Siesta Key this time of year (spring break), so returning to the condo after a long day on the beach was a welcoming, quiet and peaceful retreat after dealing with large crowds and traffic all day. The location was great. It was our welcoming oasis at the end of a busy day. The layout of the condo is great in that the bedrooms are separated by the large living room. Ideal for families. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool was fabulous and our little one really loved the baby pool. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the condo owner was extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this unit. It was perfect for us and we can’t wait to return!

Exceptional

My friend and i stayed in this condo for a month. We were impressed by how well managed the property is and how responsive the management office wss to our questions or requests. John, the owner, was always belpful and genuinely interested in doing all he could to ensure our comfort. The condo unit is well equipped and the building is quiet and clean. The pool is a popular spot. The benches overlooking the inland waterway offer a lovely place to relax.

Great Location, Peaceful Condo

This is our second time visiting this condo. Our family really enjoys the layout of the 2 bdrm/2 bthrm unit, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, washer/dryer + additional amenities (great beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, three bikes, etc.). The owner is always extremely helpful and kind. Looking forward to returning to Siesta Key one day soon!

Fantastic place to stay at Siesta Key

The property was exactly as advertised. It overlooked the pool area and views of the harbor from the unit. It did not seem crowded for the whole month of February that we stayed. The kitchen was the most stocked with pots and pans and spices and staples for cooking that we had ever experienced. That is just a real plus when staying for a month.

Comfortable and convenient

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in this lovely and well equipped condo. A short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants in Siesta Village, downtown Sarasota, Saint Armands and Longboat Key made it special. The owner and on-site staff were responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect Stay

Our condo was fully furnished and stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Spacious two-bedroom condo with peaceful view of the bay and pool. Quiet location approx 10 min walk to the public beach or 5-minute bike ride. The Village (downtown Siesta Key) is a 10-minute car ride or youc can take a free shuttle or bike! Loved the condo had bikes to use! The trip was perfect and the host was top notch. Would love to return again!

Great views and location

This unit is lovely and was stocked with anything you could ever need in the kitchen or for the beach. The host is gracious and an excellent communicator. We were very comfortable and it felt like home. We enjoyed our stay.

Can't wait to come back again!

This was our first time to Harbor Towers on Siesta Key and the condo was perfect in every way. The Harbor Towers is a great place, with clean and neat lobby, wonderful pool, and property location. Short walk to many public beaches; 2 miles to the village with many restaurants, pubs, and cute shops. Unbelievable sunrises across intercoastal and spectacular sunsets. The unit was clean, comfortable with the great view! It had everything what you need to stay, to cook, to bake, to take to the beach and even more. We felt like we were home. Communication with the owner was prompt, very accommodating and super friendly. If you plan to stay 2 weeks or even longer the unit is just perfect.

Great Condo for a visit to Siesta Key

The condo is very spacious and clean, with top of the line kitchen appliances. The grounds are well kept and the two pools are heated, with three clay tennis courts as well. The condo building is on the east side of Midnight Pass road, so you do not have direct access to the beach but the public entrance to the beach is a short walk (5 minutes). The dining/nightlife on Ocean Blvd is about a 30 minute walk or a short bike/car ride. Free trolleys are available but we never used them. The owner was very responsive to all questions/communications and went out of his way to make it an enjoyable stay. The only downside would be for late sleepers, as the condo faces east and the blinds that are there are very thin and allows the early morning sun to light up the rooms. Overall, the condo is great and I would highly recommend to friends or anyone looking to vacation in the area.

Amazing condo

Just returned from another brilliant trip to Siesta Key. This year, we were very fortunate to be able to rent this wonderful condo. The unit is in pristine condition and includes everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Just as importantly, John was an absolute pleasure to deal with, before, during and after our stay. Wonderful, well appointed and comfortable property!

This is a fantastic property, that is super clean, very well appointed and very comfortable. It is within easy walking distance to Siesta Beach and Siesta Key Village. I would highly recommend it as a property to rent in Siesta Key. I’m fact we have already decided to rebook again in 2019. We were very pleased with all aspects of the property including the pool, location and views. A wonderful property,

We love this property, its modern and well kept, nothing it didn’t have to make our stay relaxing.

We love the location, a short walk to the #1 beach in the U.S.A. Further along is the village offering quaint shops and a variety of restaurants. At Harbour Towers we used the tennis courts, gym, the pool and barbecue. This unit is clean and beautifully decorated with open glass doors looking out to the pool and beyond offering a perfect seat for our morning coffee. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic condo

We have just returned from staying at this condo for the third time and it never fails to impress us and is everything you want for a trip away from home - it really is a little treasure. It was clean & tidy and Harbor Towers is a great location a good distance away from the hustle & bustle of the village but still close enough when you fancy venturing out. The stunning beach is closeby & of course you have the benefit of just watching the wonderful wildlife & the world go by being bay side. John is fab and always responded with any queries we had really quickly. We shall definitely be back. Thank you for giving me & my family a wonderful holiday making memories in Siesta Key

Home from home...

Our family has just returned from our fourth stay at this apartment, couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else now, it really does feel like our home from home! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could ever need for a stress free holiday. Beautiful Condo in Paradise

Beautiful Accommodations

This was a fantastic find! Everything about this condo was perfect for us, very clean, very well decored and equiped. High hand appliances. There were many beach toys for kids available. There were also 6 beach towels, 4 chairs, 1 large cooler and 1 soft cooler provided. In addition, the owner also supplied us with a detailed home made book of information of not only the property, but the area - very helpful! The entire complex was very well taken care of and very well maintained. We can't think of any reason why not to come back!

Have just returned home from a fabulous three week stay in this apartment. This was our family's third stay in this particular apartment and it never fails to impress - beautiful (fully equipped) apartment, stunning location and owners always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fabulous Condo - Felt Like Home Away from Home

We have stayed in quite a few condos in Siesta Key over the years but this one is by far the best we have stayed in. The furnishings are of a very high standard and very tasteful too. There is everything you need for a great vacation - beach chairs, umbrellas, igloo box. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could possible need and even a Nutri Bullet. The beds are clearly superb quality and so comfortable. Corresponding with the owner was an absolute pleasure and you also get access to an app which gives you all the detail you need for a great stay and wifi password, etc. We made use of the new, free shuttle service from Turtle Beach to Siesta Village and one night had a sing-a-long with the driver - great atmosphere. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Unit and Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was everything it was described to be. Having coffee and listening to the birds each morning while the sun came up was very relaxing. We used the unit's bikes to ride up into the village and down to Turtle Beach... lots of fun! The main beach area on Siesta Key is beautiful and the free city trolley service was a nice surprise. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Having the Hospitality App to provide the wifi code and other information on the condo was great as well. We look forward to coming back to this unit.

Our family has been travelling to Siesta Key for summer family vacations since 2007; taking advantage of the wonderful Beach and friendly local spirit. We are fortunate to have been able to purchase our slice of paradise in 2011 and would like to have you share the same amazing experiences.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

A casual walk up the street to the Beach to see and feel some of the world's finest, whitest, quartz sand... That does not get hot on the feet... No matter how high the temperature goes! A high placeholder on national geographic's "best beaches in the world", this outstanding beach slopes gently and safely into the clear waters of the gulf of mexico. Point of Rocks, at the south end of the beach, provides some of the best snorkeling on the coast.

Siesta Key Village is about 1.5 miles up the road and offers casual dining, shopping and some good people watching.

Downtown Sarasota is only a few miles away and is one of the major cultural centers in the state of Florida with many schools for the performing arts as well as opera, symphony, theater and ballet companies.

For those interested in the marine world, there is Mote Marine which is both an educational and research facility that promotes and protects marine life.

More lavish shopping can be found in Sarasota at St. Armand's circle on Lido Key just over the bridge.
