Nicely appointed studio with a king bed, full bathroom, wet bar, and private balcony overlooking the lap pool. Great value in La Quinta with views of Santa Rosa mountains. Community amenities nearby include gas grills, hammock garden, clubhouse, and fitness center. La Quinta Resort is a 10-minute walk away for conferences or dining out.



The Space:

A nicely appointed upstairs studio with a king bed, full bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave and a private balcony overlooking the community lap pool. Look no further if you are looking for great value on your next stay in La Quinta. The private balcony overlooks the community lap pool with views of the Santa Rosa mountains to the south. The community's gas grills, hammock garden, clubhouse and fitness center are also just a short walk away. La Quinta Resort is just a 10 minute walk if you are attending a conference or looking for a night out at one of their restaurants. The unit can be combined with LV105 to create a spacious two bedroom villa.



Guest Access:

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Great location!

The balcony was lovely, overlooking the lap pool. Condo was clean and spacious for a one bedroom. We will be back!

It works!

We tried staying in a “studio”for our short stay and found it to be clean and comfortable and in a great location!

Clean and comfortable

This 2nd floor studio at Legacy Villas completely met my expectations. It was clean and comfortable and overlooks a satellite pool.

Great place to stay in La Quinta

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property within Legacy Villas. Very clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom and great view of the pool and mountains from the balcony.

Great place !

Comfortable King bed … spacious suite. Just needs one thing . Freezer in the fridge or some type of ice bucket/ cooler . Found the ice maker in the clubhouse but a grocery bag was not a convenient option to store ice … we managed to enjoy our Bombay gin & tonic on the lanai eventually ! 😎🍹🍹👍

Simply Serene

Pros: The unit was perfectly located above a quiet lap pool which didn’t get the activity/traffic of the large pool. It had a furniture face lift since the online listing which was great. Check in was easy and requesting late check out was also simple. The property was impeccable and beautiful. Minor Cons: The bed was a bit lumpy, the bathroom a bit worn and walls a bit dirty. Also, not being able to bro g A/C below 73 wasn’t great for us. But overall a great experience!

I loved the studio, grounds, and location! Also loved the flexibility with the dates. The only 3 things that could be better:1. Needs new bed linens and PILLOWS. Pillows are pretty old (Felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls.)2. I felt a bit unsafe with the Lock-off door to the adjoining unit. Would be nice if I could lock my side manually, but unsure about safety regulations. 3. Bathroom door doesn't have a working lock. Kinda goes along with not feeling super safe because of the lock-off door. Otherwise, I'd absolutely stay there again! Thank you for your delightful hospitality!

Regarding the lock-off door, we completely understand how that can feel unfamiliar. These doors are securely locked from both sides and are commonly used in resort-style layouts to offer flexible rental options. Rest assured, there’s no way for anyone in the adjoining unit to access your space. That said, we also manage over 75 units in the area, including fully private options that do not share a wall or have any adjoining doors—if that's your preference next time, we’d be happy to help you find a more secluded fit. The housekeeping was satisfactory (ie. attention to less obvious ares like vacuuming under desk and in bathroom drawers would have been needed). Although the furniture looks newer, the unit itself needs a facelift (ie. paint, refinish worn cabinets etc). Also, it is a bit peculiar that the temperature in the room as well as the refrigerator are controlled/limited. For the price paid overall, this isn’t necessarily a complaint, more a perspective that the unit doesn’t do justice to the quality of the larger lovely property overall.

Disappointed

I have stayed at The Legacy four times and this unit certainly was not up to the quality of the other units. Mattress didn’t fit the bed frame, rug outside was unravelling and outside table had cracks. There was no light bulb over the door when I arrived at night and it was hard to see the key pad. Bath towels were worn out. Shower was just a weird spray and water was not hot. Just wasn’t a quality unit for the price.

Location and property is great!

Room is small and you are not supposed to run the AC lower than 73! If that was written in the property details I would not have rented the room. Didn't sleep well due to it being too hot so we left a day early.

Perfect desert getaway

I stayed in the suite while visiting my daughter and her family. It was perfect for me: light and airy with everything I needed. I asked for extra blankets and for the fireplace to be lighted, and the owners were responsive and pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure.
