We have used this property a few times and will use it again if available when we go to Shawano. It is clean, quiet, and well supplied with amenities. It is pet friendly: our dog loves to sniff around in the large yard.

This house had excellent charm and character. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Easy to check in. Close to a variety of activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Great kayaking location

We loved the property and access to the river. We enjoyed the Wolf River and Red River kayaking! Great location - very private but close to town. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent stay

House and property was very clean all amenities were there my son and a friend age 14 and 13 had Alot of fun fishing on the pier. I would definitely book again

Private but close to town

Very nice self-contained house, in a rural setting but only 5 minutes from the town of Shawano.

A fantastic place to stay for the Pow-Wow!

Beautiful property and it was fun to see the cranes and chipmunks! The owner and property manager were very friendly and quick to address any concerns. The property is located off a noisy road but over-all was a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay!

Had everything we needed and then some! Spacious and Clean! This was our first time staying here and we definitely plan to be back in the near future! On site fishing an added bonus for my husband!!

Great riverside respite!

Love the access to the Wolf River and close proximity to the Red river for kayaking! Easy access to town. Very private. Great site!!

Family get together

Beautiful property. Well stocked with what we needed. Tom made sure we got checking in ok and was available if we needed him. Location was good as we were in town to see an event as USAIR raceway.

"Great getaway location"

We are return guests and absolutely love this place. Secluded yet minutes away from all the activities in the area. Literally wild life at the door step. It's quaint & homey. Thanks Tom for being an awesome host.

Great Getaway Spot

We enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very prompt in addressing some difficulties checking in. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the sleeping arrangements were a bit tight, but there was space for everyone. The location is wonderful. Great spot to sit outside or check out the river or swing on the tree swing or build a fire. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to make all our meals as well.

Safe, clean, quiet, great fishing, wonderful house to stay!!!

We loved: -fully stocked home with generous supply of linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, fishing poles, and bbq supplies -attentive host -quiet neighborhood -great fishing spot steps from home -close to town for any supplies we needed -fast internet and YouTube tv provided -warm shower -dog friendly ***perfect home to stay in for all ages!!!***

Nice getaway

House was nice. The best part was fishing and kayaking the river. Had two 13 year old boys with us that just sat on the pier and fished. Tom was a hands off host but very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great stay

My wife and I stayed for a week with two sons, a daughter in law and an infant. We had plenty of room to enjoy the week comfortably. The owners had an unfortunate previous occupant and worked for two days to make sure the place was in great shape for our stay. It was spotless and enjoyable. I was able to "get away" by walking down the steps and fish whenever I needed to. It is really a nice place and a great location. I highly recommend.

Comfortable

Unusual floor plan but this is a clean rental, great location, attentive owner, and everything worked. Freezer needs some attention; large frost build-up keeps the door from sealing.
