The Palms 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but very noisy.Spacious, good facilities.Carpet is very old and dirty. Towels also very old. Property managers had great communication and were very friendly.

Perfect Location

Reviewer Comments: Holiday after Xmas into January, loved the location across from the beach.Couldn’t fault the place except, 4 dishwashing tablets for a nearly two week booking if petty at best. Especially given the rental.

Great Location

Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location opposite the main beach and easy walk into town centre. Nice 2 bedroom unit that had all we needed. Negatives were the wi fi is useless and there is only basic country TV available which We would have thought for the price we paid would have been better.

Stay for a wedding. Great spot close to venue

Excellent location, oppossite the beach and down town Byron Bay. Appartment was bright & airy. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic location but apartment & facilities need upgrade

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, across the road from Clarkes beach. The living & outdoor area is great but that's where it ends unfortunately.There is no wifi as the speed is so slow that you can't even send emails quickly. Absolutely ridiculous! Couldn't do any work or even watch Netflix. had to set up a hotspot from our phones and the mobile phone reception in the area is not that fast either.The carpets in both bedrooms had a smell and need replacing. Floorboards would be perfect. Currently it is not good for people who are sensitive with allergies.The back bedroom gets all the heat and there is no aircon in that room or the living area, only the master which was great.Would be a great place to stay if it had fast internet like every other accommodation in the area, carpets removed and aircon in all rooms.

Perfect for our Byron stay

We stayed at Palms (unit 1) for our stay in Byron and it was the perfect choice. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, everything you needed. The front balcony area was a nice spot for brekkie and afternoon drinks. Across the road from the beach and short walk into town. Highly recommended!

Great location. Good facilities.

Accommodation suited the needs of our family of 4 with separate bathrooms and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Location was ideal given its close proximity to the beach and the town.

Fantastic apartment opposite the beach

From check in to check out this property was exactly as it was listed on the website. On arrival it was clean, neat and nicely set up with plenty of towels and other supplies. The outside area was great to have our meals and watch the people go by on the footpath. It had everything we needed! Spacious and modern.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation. 1. Exceptionally clean. Everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. 2. Conveniently located. Easy to access and unload. 3. Easy parking. 4. Huge spacious apartment. 5. Above and beyond utensils and household necessities. 6. Sunny and private location. 7. Reasonably priced. 8. Definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Loved staying at the Palms in Byron bay it was the perfect location. Walking distance to town, quiet and just across the road from Clarke’s beach. Lots of room, well appointed and really clean.
