Huge house with lots of seating and beds. Nice private yard with lots of wildlife and trees. Dog friendly. Would stay again.

Beautiful property. Extremely clean and the location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood but a short drive from the university and downtown. Loved sitting on the back patio and the very short drive to great swimming on lake.

This is a fun, warm, and inviting property. It is located in a quiet area of the suburbs, but with its large wooded lot, it seems that you are off in the country. We saw deer browsing in the backyard areas, and wild turkey visited every morning.The house was quite comfortable for our party, including good kitchen space and great areas for reading, playing games with the family, sitting outside to enjoy the deck, and napping (one of my favorites:)Really enjoyed the stay, and being close to eats, shopping, and great travel ways if you want to get out of town-- we visited the Dells and Mt Horeb with easy access to both, plus the zoo and Olbrich Gardens - one of our all time favorite places!A great place to stay, excellent accommodations, and quite nively priced. Thank you!

The house is continently located to campus and had enough room for all of us (12 adults). We spent most of our time on the back deck and there was enough seats and space for all of us.

This charming old home was amazing! Beautiful antiques and private property with a lot of trees. Well stocked with essentials. Owner is very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place with our group. The location was close enough to the university, but in a quiet area with a lot of privacy. The listing was accurate and clean. We highly recommend this stay for anybody traveling to Madison with a large group

I can’t say enough great things about the owner and the house. Richard had everything stocked up and didn’t have to worry about everything. We all had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.
