Less than a mile from the Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is our rental house with all the comforts of your own home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and smart TV, the second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a cozy love seat for reading or relaxing, and a bookshelf with games for the whole family. All beds have very nice linens on them, a blanket, a duvet, and a washable duvet cover. The living/dining room has a table that seats 6 people, a comfortable brand new couch, and a 46 inch smart TV that is connected to our WiFi and has a Netflix account ready to use. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that seats 5-6 people and contains brand new stainless-steel appliances including a ceramic stove-top, range, microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart coffee maker, garbage disposal and all the cooking and dining ware you will need. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your use.
You are able to ski to the rendezvous ski trails from our house. The trailhead is 1/4 of a mile away.

Fantastic place for 3 adult couples

One of the best VRBO'S we have stayed in. We were very impressed by all the kitchen supplies. Very close to the gate of Yellowstone NP. Very helpful to have both bathrooms in shared spaces.

Wonderful stay, very close to Yellowstone NP

First, i would like to commend Sarah on her excellent communication and customer service. She is by far the best property manager I have booked with. Next, the property was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our group (4 adults, 2 kids). We loved that the house was stocked with essentials needed for our stay. Finally, we loved how close we were to Yellowstone NP as well as restaurants, grocery stores and other activities. I would definitely recommend staying here. everything we needed for our stay and

Comfortable place near Yellowstone National Park

This place was comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen and laundry room had all the basics, and even some extras, including bear spray! If you're looking for a simple comfortable place in West Yellowstone, you can't go wrong with this one.

Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed this rental. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and stores in town. House was clean with wonderful and comfortable linens. Loved the stocked kitchen and washer/dryer and we stayed warm and comfortable our and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The tvs in the house were quirky which made it difficult to watch our traditional Christmas movies on our trip but were able to work it out eventually. They have tons of games and some DVDs but if you have kids who want to watch something specific I recommend bringing options. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definately rent again.

Our stay was amazing. The house was wonderful. Sarah, the owner, was just fantastic and so very receptive. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in West Yellowstone. Full kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms. Plus she left us coffee which was a life saver!

Excellent Place

We used this residence as a hub to spend several days in Yellowstone. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make meals which we did utilize. Beds are soft and neighborhood was very quiet. House was extremely clean. Absolutely nothing negative to stay and would stay here again. Thanks again to our host for letting us stay here.

Fantastic!

This home was beautifully situated and had everything we could need! The beds and linens were so comfy, all was tidy and even the treats they left were a lovely touch! A great place to come home to after being in the park all day. Sarah was quick to communicate back when we had questions. Would HIGHLY recommend this charming place for anyone!

Excellent place to stay!

This is an outstanding place to stay. The owner provided access information well in advance of our arrival. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen amenities were very good. It is an easy walk to the nordic trails and the downtown area. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we hope to return.

Cozy and fully stocked

My family of 4 loved this cozy home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable and warm. We made a traditional thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated. (We did bring an aluminum turkey pan). Appliances all work great. Close to the ski trails. We parked on our first day and walked the rest of the stay. Sarah was swiftly responsive and helpful during our stay. We will stay here again! One note for those with any ambulatory restrictions- there are stairs to access the home and wooden stairs to the bedrooms.

West Yellowstone stay

This is a lovely, clean, well-maintained charming property minutes from the west Yellowstone Nat Park entrance. Our host was very thoughtful, providing extra touches such as area recommendations, local coffee and chocolate treats to make us feel welcome.

Yellowstone Retreat

My family enjoyed the property which was within minutes of the west entry of the park. Sarah was a great host! The house had all the comforts of home with available coolers, sunscreen, bear spray and much more at your fingertips if needed. We would highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfy place to stay while enjoying Yellowstone.

Wonderful property in West Yellowstone. Sarah was excellent host-she was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for dinner, groceries, anything we inquired about!! The house was spotless and comfortable. Had everything and more that we needed-even a small cooler and ice packs for our picnic in the park. Highly recommend this wonderful property and even better hostess!!!

This is a fantastic house less than 5 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids. There was plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. There is a fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, and the house is within walking distance of the grocery store and lots of restaurants in West Yellowstone. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was super convenient for our week visiting Yellowstone NP and the house fit our family really well. The accommodations were comfortable - the beds, couch, and dining room table area were all great. I'd definitely recommend this house to friends and family. One big thing I'd add as a suggestion for the property host is to replace the pans in the kitchen immediately as they are completely unusable (the non-stick is very sticky and absolutely impossible to cook with) and get some kitchen knives that actually cut. The ones on the wall are also unusable. If we had been near a retail store with pots and pans and kitchen knives early on in our stay, I would have replaced them for you. Secondly, it was challenging to see and send messages from/to the host. Apparently a message had been sent over a week before our stay, but either I missed it or didn't know to check the app or website for it. So, we were an hour away and I didn't know how to get into the house that first evening. That's not the host's fault - she was totally on the job - I think it's more of a vrbo issue. It would be nice to have a smoother line of communication, or a heads up on how hosts communicate with the renters. As new vacation rental owners ourselves, I feel I learned a lot from this stay. Whoever built the 5 homes in that little area to rent out was genius! All in all, I'd certainly stay here again and hope to send a couple relatives out that way next summer.

Perfect Location!

Sarah was very helpful with suggestions and dropped off a high chair for our grandson. We enjoyed being so close to the park entrance and being in a more private residential area. The front porch was a fun place for us to relax after a day in the park. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location on the west edge of town

This rental was perfect - it was located in a quiet cluster of houses. It was close enough to walk to the main shops but off the busy roads to minimize noise. The property manager Sarah was super helpful with all of our questions. I would highly recommend this house.

My husband and I live in West Yellowstone. My husband is a fly fishing guide and I manage this rental as well as take care of our 2 sons, ages 3 and 5. We live here year around, except in January and February when we take off for Chile to manage a fly fishing lodge down south.
