This neat and compact 2 x 1 Apartment is upstairs and is close to the stunning Estuary waterfront. The property includes a small balcony (2 person only).

Situated on the beautiful Peel Estuary, this Apartment is suitable for a family of 4 (small, 2 person balcony only). Or you could book the whole townhouse (separate listing) which would give you 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and would be perfect for 2 families. Note: the apartment is within a townhouse and there is a common garage/entry.

For the perfect escape from the city, Falcon has so much to offer.

Amazing stay

Loved the neat, cozy apartment. Close to the shops/restaurants and have a nice, beautiful walk all along the estuary.

Lovely quiet holiday home

Beautiful spot on the estuary. We had some lovely walks and rides. nice and close to the shops so didn't need the car.

Clean, comfortable and overall a nice little place to stay for 2 nights. Location was quiet and relaxing, I especially enjoy being greeted by a pair of parakeets at the balcony. Conveniently close to Woolworths and a shopping centre, just 2 minutes drive or a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Just perfect!

Quiet location with timely contact and easy check-in. The apartment was just perfect. The complimentary tea, coffee pods, and a few pantry basics made the stay an absolute delight!

Two day getaway to do some crabbing

Clean, modern apartment with all the mod cons. Clare the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great location for crabbing, next to shopping centre and numerous fast food options or the tavern.

On the waters edge

The unit was very nice. Great location, clean and tidy and a good price. The balcony was a bit small to enjoy, but it was less than a minutes walk to the water anyway. Would stay again if we are down that way.

good location near shops. Lovely position on Dawesville inlet Well stocked apartment with all the comforts of home. Owner very considerate kept in touch over power cut to area. Would recommend the stay.

Great stay, smooth process

Convenient and quiet location with easy access to a walking path along the Peel-Harvey Estuary. The apartment has all the basic amenities you need, making it easy to just check-in and settle into holiday mode. Clare was easily contactable and happy to answer any queries. Will definitely be back (:
