A perfect getaway with golfing, wine tasting, relaxing,and water sports Beautiful two level townhouse facing the lake let you sit and enjoy the natural beauty. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms sleep nine comfortably on the second level. A powder room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, including fireplace are on the main level. A patio facing the lake has a bbq ready for outdoor entertaining. All linen and cooking needs are provided.

For families with young children there is a roped off swimming area and sandy shallow play areas for building sand castles! An amusement park one block away is ideal for evening fun for young and old.

On site management to deal with anything that arises. This is a non-smoking resort.
Ideal for summer fun or snowbirds looking to enjoy a winter vacation.

During the winter months ( November to April inclusive) we do require a minimum stay of a month.

September work trip and vacay

Nice property. Was in the Okanagan for a little work, so did a mix of work and a little vacation with family. Location is excellent. Nice to have garage as well as a second parking spot assigned. Would stay there again.

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic spot for a family getaway. Joanne was very helpful with questions beforehand. The pool on the property, as well as the private park on the lake, were great and convenient to access. No driving around to find parking - just walk across the street and you're there! The townhouse itself is well equipped for sleeping arrangements as well as kitchen utilities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

Great location

This place is big and has a great location. Right across from the private beach and has a pool and hot tub too. Great family vacation spot!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Great communication with the owner! She even upgraded the Telus Optic TV package for us to add the Sportsnet bundle so we could watch the Oilers during our winter getaway from Alberta. Listing is accurate. Very comfortable and spacious. The garage is a bonus, and also has an assigned parking lot spot for your 2nd vehicle. Very little outdoor privacy from the neighbors, especially on the upstairs bedroom deck, but that is expected in a side by side townhouse complex. Very satisfied with our stay!

One of the best places in Osoyoos!

We loved our stay! A pool out the front door and the beach out the back door. Such a perfect way to wind down our summer as a family. We will definitely be back next year! Joanne was an excellent host who was very responsive when we had questions.

Just relax!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property during a mid-week getaway from the hussle and bussle of our everyday lives. This property was perfect for us! There were enough beds for the 5 of us and the 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. We took a daily dip in the warm lake waters but there is also a pool if you prefer that. Overall great property with great location.

Most fair owner, fully refunded our stay due to wildfire

While we couldn't travel due to wildfire and travel ban, the property owner fully refunded our payment without any issues. She was so understanding. We really appreciate it.

Wonderful spot!

The beach out one door, pool out the other, wineries, distillery and Rattlesnake canyon up the road. It’s a fabulous location! We loved staying here, and will visit again!

Great spot

Unit looks bigger than photos. Had to figure out getting in as code wasn’t entered into digital lock. Lucky on-site office was open and helped us. In fairness the host was out of country & answered as soon as possible.

Golf trip

Three of us came from Vancouver Island and stayed for four nights. Great location for all the local courses and Gamble Sands. The condo was very well appointed and very comfortable to stay in. The unit was very quiet however we were there in September. Pool and hot tub were clean and very much appreciated!!!

Beautiful townhouse in unbeatable location!

This was our 2nd trip back to Casa Del Mila Resort and it didn’t disappoint. This beautifully appointed townhouse had everything we needed. Spent lots of time sitting on the patio and soaking in the fantastic views of the lake. Check-in was easy, Joanne was a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciated the 11:30 check-out time so our last morning wasn’t so rushed. We hope to be back soon!

Great Stay

Great location to the water. Our stay was for a golf trip and being able to come back after the round and relax in the pool and hot tub. This is a great spot over all with great people all around you.

Amazing place for a family vacation

We were in town for a wedding and the property worked great for staying with another couple. The amenities in the resort were great and the views from the back of the unit of the lake were beautiful. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the cleanliness level and lack of toilet paper. We quickly ran out and found that there was only one roll extra for the entire unit. With three bathrooms this was really disappointing as we had to go out and buy toilet paper on our vacation. The bathrooms were also not as clean as one would hope with urine stains on the toilet and the sinks not thoroughly cleaned with gunk all around the faucet and handles. Everything else was perfect, there was plenty of seating indoor and outdoor and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware for preparing your own meals. Would definitely stay here again!
