SUMMER FUN For the entire family!!! Snowbird special now available

A perfect getaway with golfing, wine tasting, relaxing,and water sports Beautiful two level townhouse facing the lake let you sit and enjoy the natural beauty. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms sleep nine comfortably on the second level. A powder room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, including fireplace are on the main level. A patio facing the lake has a bbq ready for outdoor entertaining. All linen and cooking needs are provided.

For families with young children there is a roped off swimming area and sandy shallow play areas for building sand castles! An amusement park one block away is ideal for evening fun for young and old.

On site management to deal with anything that arises. This is a non-smoking resort.
Ideal for summer fun or snowbirds looking to enjoy a winter vacation.

During the winter months ( November to April inclusive) we do require a minimum stay of a month. Join us for lots of activities and events at the resort. Our common room has the morning coffee meeting area. Come stay and make new friends.

Great location

This place is big and has a great location. Right across from the private beach and has a pool and hot tub too. Great family vacation spot!

Wonderful spot!

The beach out one door, pool out the other, wineries, distillery and Rattlesnake canyon up the road. It’s a fabulous location! We loved staying here, and will visit again!

Girls Getaway

Great place for a girls weekend. Joanne was very easy to communicate with and the townhouse was ideal for our weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic spot for a family getaway. Joanne was very helpful with questions beforehand. The pool on the property, as well as the private park on the lake, were great and convenient to access. No driving around to find parking - just walk across the street and you're there! The townhouse itself is well equipped for sleeping arrangements as well as kitchen utilities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

One of the best places in Osoyoos!

We loved our stay! A pool out the front door and the beach out the back door. Such a perfect way to wind down our summer as a family. We will definitely be back next year! Joanne was an excellent host who was very responsive when we had questions.

Just relax!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property during a mid-week getaway from the hussle and bussle of our everyday lives. This property was perfect for us! There were enough beds for the 5 of us and the 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake. We took a daily dip in the warm lake waters but there is also a pool if you prefer that. Overall great property with great location.

Don’t hesitate to book this property. The owner is very quick to respond and the location is fantastic. The only thing I would say is the unit isn’t quite as well stocked as we were expecting. Bring extra garbage bags dishwasher soap washing machine soap any spices you may want...oh and a wine bottle opener...lol.

large property overlooking the lake. Close to beach, Rattlesnake playground, wine tasting, etc

We were surprised at the size of the townhouse. Pictures usually make rooms look larger than what they are. In this case the rooms were larger than what we expected. Everything was great. We all enjoyed it. There were 6 of us staying in the unit and at least 3 more adults could have stayed with us. There is a small beach and dock right across the street from the property we booked. My 2 grandkids (5 & 7) loves it. Main beach is a little over 1 mile or 1.6 km from property. Grocery shopping nearby. Wine tasting nearby. Restaurants nearby. We loved Diamonds on Main Street. Joanne the owner of the property was great to deal with. She told us all we needed to bring were beach towels and everything else was provided. She was right. Lots of dishes, bowls, pots, pans etc. We didn’t use the BBQ but there is one outside along with table, chairs and sun umbrella. All in all we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay

September work trip and vacay

Nice property. Was in the Okanagan for a little work, so did a mix of work and a little vacation with family. Location is excellent. Nice to have garage as well as a second parking spot assigned. Would stay there again.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Great communication with the owner! She even upgraded the Telus Optic TV package for us to add the Sportsnet bundle so we could watch the Oilers during our winter getaway from Alberta. Listing is accurate. Very comfortable and spacious. The garage is a bonus, and also has an assigned parking lot spot for your 2nd vehicle. Very little outdoor privacy from the neighbors, especially on the upstairs bedroom deck, but that is expected in a side by side townhouse complex. Very satisfied with our stay!

Most fair owner, fully refunded our stay due to wildfire

While we couldn't travel due to wildfire and travel ban, the property owner fully refunded our payment without any issues. She was so understanding. We really appreciate it.

Unit looks bigger than photos. Had to figure out getting in as code wasn’t entered into digital lock. Lucky on-site office was open and helped us. In fairness the host was out of country & answered as soon as possible.

Golf trip

Three of us came from Vancouver Island and stayed for four nights. Great location for all the local courses and Gamble Sands. The condo was very well appointed and very comfortable to stay in. The unit was very quiet however we were there in September. Pool and hot tub were clean and very much appreciated!!!
