Wood flooring, large covered balcony with BBQ grill & patio furnishings over looking River, master en suite features king bed, walk-in closet, tv & jetted tub & large walk in shower,& private balcony overlooking the river, queen en-suite w/ closet, ground level features king bedroom w/ tv and private covered patio out to the river, bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds, closet, tv. Washer dryer is on upper level near master en-suite., home is fully equipped with all pots/pan, dinnerware, serving dishes, utinsels, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kureig coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, etc... This town home has a private elevator if you do not wish to use the stairs, 2 car garage ,side yard for the kiddos to play in, and 3 bicycles for guests use. I have other properties available down town along the river if you have several families or a large group we can accommodate them.

Ski trip

Nice place to stay for skiing at Wolf Creek Pass. House was in good condition. Garage is small if you have a full sixe SUV or Truck.

Loved it!

Stayed 4 nights and skied at Wolf Creek. The townhouse was perfect for our group and communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Pagosa Springs.

AMAZINGGGGGGG!

We visited Pagosa Springs and could not be happier with this beautiful condo! Location is within walking distance to hot springs, shopping, and amazing food. The creek is right outside the back porch and the soothing sounds of the water was heaven! Definitely would recommend for a friend!

Beautiful and convenient!

This was a perfect place for our family of 10, ages 8-72. Pros: You can’t beat the location! The space is perfect to give both privacy and quality time together. Kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was great for the grandparents. King/ twin beds were very comfy. View of the river from the balconies was gorgeous. Cons: Queen mattress was uncomfortable and had a big dip in center. Windows were drafty, so consider bringing blankets to use in living room and twin beds. A couple more chairs in living area would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend. The property was very nice, clean and plenty of space. Communication with property manager was prompt.

Great Stay

We had a blast. This was our first trip to SO Colorado and it is beautiful. This property is just as advertised. Walking distance to downtown, fishing right out the back door, and a great view of the river. Mule deer greeted us in the yard when we arrived. Communication with the property owner were timely and accurate. Check in was seamless. We hope to return.

Short Notice

Megan responded quickly for a short notice stay and we are very grateful. Loved the 2 masters. Layout was great and clean. Master beds are very comfy. Suggestions... in the living room, trade tv with wall with mirror, because of light and a sectional would fit in there very easily and would be more comfortable, especially for more folks. LR furniture not comfy. Since vac rentals are going more towards satellite TV stations, would appreciate written directions and to have and know what stations can work for us folks that are not familiar with this. Should have some for the $$. It would be great if the downstairs master had window covering for the sliding glass door. Would love to stay there again. The river is awesome and location. Thanks again for a great getaway.

River front/hot springs

This condo had an excellent location within walking distance of the hot springs, showing, and food. It was a beautiful place, clean, well-maintained, and ADA-accessible. Unfortunately, it did snow the day we arrived, and we had to scoop the drive ourselves.

Great stay for easy access!

We stayed here three nights just before Christmas in order to go skiing at Wolf Creek for a couple of days. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable (although the sheets were too staticky for my liking), and all the rooms were nice and warm and cozy. The fireplace heats up the living room quickly and significantly, and having a garage we could park in was an excellent luxury given how cold it was outside while we were there. The location is perfect - on a quiet street overlooking the river, but close enough to town to get to restaurants and shops and very easy access to the road that leads to the slopes. The rooms were great and we had enough space to spread out but not so much that we lost each other. It was a wonderful space and we will definitely come back!

Perfect Location!

This trip was for a girls getaway. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the main part of town and the hot springs. The balcony was so peaceful, looking out over the river. I enjoyed my breakfast out there, listening to the fast moving water. I was a little confused about the layout. Here’s a breakdown: Ground Floor - contains the garage, with entry door into the unit, a bunk bed room, full bath, a large bedroom with a sitting area/TV and private patio, I think those bedrooms shared a bathroom. Second Floor - contains family room, dining area for 8, kitchen, two bar stools at the counter, half bath, and main balcony with BBQ grill and outdoor dining table Third Floor - queen sized bed bedroom with private bath, king sized bed master with private bath and walk-in closet and private balcony, and laundry center Pluses 1. ELEVATOR!!! It was amazing to be able to take suitcases and multiple loads of things from the garage to the third floor. 2. The unit provided a garage door opener, which made for easy entry/exit. There is also a combo opener on the exterior of the garage. 3. The babbling river was so peaceful to listen too. We saw several deer enjoying the grasses and water at the river. Minuses 1. The dining table is not big enough for the 8 large chairs. They are very squished, which makes it a little hard to move the chairs in and out. They still completely function. This was just a little annoying. 2. The family room couch is not very practical. The couch arms are taller than your head. There are more comfortable chairs with one ottoman. 3. The furniture is a little worse for wear. The master bed has a broken decorative piece laying on a shelf, the jacuzzi tub looks a little beat up, the nightstands have peeling coverings. I didn’t use the tub, so I don’t know about functionality, the furniture works fine. 4. No A/C. The majority of places in this area do not have it. It does help to close the windows and blinds during the day, and open the windows and sliders and night. The ceiling fans are a huge help. Overal, the benefits of location and functionality of the condo far outweighed the minor issues. The huge kitchen would be a great benefit for a larger family/friends gathering. There were only two of us and it’s summer. Some of the bedrooms and fireplace were not used. I have no information on those. You will enjoy your stay here! Don’t hesitate to book this condo.

Perfect location in Pagosa Springs

Our family had a a great time in pagosa springs. The home is in located a perfect location. We were within easy walking distance to many food locations and activities which is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to enjoy the outdoors and community. We enjoyed the local “free” riverside hot springs, tubed down the river with the raft rental and drop off option through Pagosa Outside adventures, and were able to play in the river right outside the back of the house with just a small jump down from the back patio. The home was all that we needed for our group of 8! 5 adults and three kids. The only real issues with the home is that during summer months it can be warm on the upper two levels due to no A/C. Windows can be opened but it didn’t usually cool the house until after 9pm. The home is 3 floors. Bottom level temp stays very comfortable. The ceiling fan was not working in the upstairs master bedroom. The property manager did drop off a box fan for that room the following morning after we notified her of the temp and fan not working. Communication was good. The patio decks and furniture were pretty dirty due to wind and dust in the area , but I did locate a hose on the side of the house that was long enough for me to rinse the deck down the main level. Overall, we had a great experience. My only complaint really with VRBO and Air B&B is the new growing “to do lists” being added on top of the ever growing cost of cleaning fees. We pay enough in fees to not have to do chores. This is an overall issue with the vacation rental market right now. Not necessarily this property only. I’m new to VRBO but have used AIR B&B a lot. I would still recommend this property and stay again if in Pagosa springs!
