Three bedroom (all queens sizes beds) and three full bathroom two story home in a gated community within walking distance to several great restaurants, convenience stores, liquor and marina's with boat ramps. This property has a club house for additional rental use for parties or receptions as well as, an exercise room, and large pool. Grill located on back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Finally, all the little extra's for light packing and more time to have fun.

GREAT LOCATION.

We very much enjoyed our stay here Location was perfect. We were able to ridecour bikes into Key West easily. Each bedroom having a private bathroom was a bonus.

Great location, reasonable price and fantastic hosts!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location but the first time with these hosts. They were great! It's super easy to Uber over to Key West. The house, property, and pool were clean. It's a very relaxing setting.

Wife’s 40th Birthday

Perfect home to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Home is located in a gated community with a heated pool. Close enough to airport and Duval street. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Living room furniture is new and very comfortable. Host are great! Highly recommend this location.

Great location for our family

This house is nice, near Stock Island where we caught a fishing boat and can walk to Roostica restaurant! Gated neighborhood, big community pool. Plenty space for 2 adults and 2 teens to spread out. We really were only there to sleep. Didn't even get to open the bottle of wine left for us! If I had to make any negative comments...the main level bed is squeaky and the outside road can get noisy. We all have learned to travel with ear plugs. Quick 20 uber to Key west. We went over New Years and traffic was horrible. Nice to have a safe place to park.

Perfect family get-a-way

Clean house with lots of added extras like a bottle of wine, shampoo. Etc. Nicely stocked kitchen. Away from the hustle and bustle of Duval street but close enough to still enjoy it.

Stock Island retreat

Pleasant location and neighborhood. Lovely front and back porches. Home showing some signs of wear. Main floor bedroom had uncomfortable bed, bathroom was tiny with little space for your stuff. Couch in living room was very saggy in middle. Upstairs beds and baths much more spacious.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We have visited Key West and stayed at this unit many times. Close to everything from Old Town to the rest of the Lower Keys. Nearby to Publix and CVS, if needed. A great alternative to overpriced hotel accommodations. The hosts are close by and very responsive. and very responsive

Great stay

We came to town to do some lobstering and to hang out a Duval street. This condo had everything we needed including extra cleaning supplies and all the amenities for the kitchen. The owner was very helpful and very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect size

Just the right amount of space for a family of 6. House was clean, and we enjoyed the use of the pool toys. We liked the idea it was a gated community. We had the pool all to ourselves most of the time which was great.

Perfect location for visiting Key West

Visiting Key West with family-5 adults in our group. We had plenty of room and everyone was pleased with our accommodations. Our host was prompt with responses. Location was great, short distance from places we were visiting.

3 Night Get-Away

This was a 3 night get away to Key West, from Miami. This was a perfect location. Just a 12 minute drive to Key West itself. Beautiful home that’s well maintained. Well stocked with some nice amenities, such as small bottles of water, toothpaste, toothbrush, make up wipes, shampoo and conditioner. Also, a nice bottle of wine was left in the fridge. Thank you, we really enjoyed it. We are a family of 5 adults and were very comfortable in this home. There are plenty of good to excellent restaurants nearby, if you don’t want to drive into Key West, itself. I’m certain that my family and I will be back.

Quaint and Cozy home

Quiet neighborhood, nice pool area. House was great... downstairs bedroom bed needs to be replaced but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our Little Piece of Heaven

We have been enjoying extended stays at this property since 2017. The ONLY reason we do not rate the location as "excellent" is that is not in Old Town Key West. Some people may prefer to be in the middle of the action. It is always cleaned and refreshed when we arrive and stocked with basics needed for a short stay. As we stay for a longer term, we fill in as needed with toiletries, cleaning items, laundry supplies, etc. Close to US-1 and A1A, it is easy get to town as well as travel further up the road to see the other Lower Keys. Stock Island also has restaurants and other sites to enjoy. Don't miss the Perry Hotel for charter excursions, a great Happy Hour, Matt's Kitchen for fine dining. Publix is close and Fisbusterz has terrific fish selections if you choose to eat at home. The community has a large pool to enjoy as well as a Clubhouse for private parties. This spot never disappoints.

Great location!

Close enough to downtown to be fun but far enough away to be relaxing. Clean enough on the surface but could stand a good deep cleaning. Pool was beautiful and the amenities in the home were good.

Little Thought Given for the Guests

Generally, I give good ratings, but this is my exception. I knew I was booking a property that was a bit dated as to decor, and the location was not prime to Key West. Little thought is given to a guest experience that could rank as even average. There are 3 bathrooms which is great, but they cannot be used at the same time (not even 2 of them). There is literally no water pressure with 3 running and little water pressure when 2 showers are running. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes - not even close to getting clean. All dishes we got out to use were dirty, and when I did dishes in the dishwasher I saw why. There is one wine glass. While we are not much for drinking, two of us wanted to have wine - and only 1 wine glass. The property is stocked with mismatched dishes that make having a meal at home not even halfway desirable. A plumber had to come to our home (for a problem from the prior guests). 2 days into our stay, the plumber showed up unannounced. My daughter was in the bathroom where the plumber needed to be. Had we not been home at the time, we would have had strangers in our house with our personal items left out. Decor is not even centered on the wall - it is like a 7 year old put things on the wall. The house did not feel clean. To me, it simply felt like grandma died and left the house to her adult children who are still paying their children's student loans and have zero dollars to invest in the home to make it suitable for making it nice for guests.
