Located in the exclusive More Mesa Shores community, Paradise Retreats exclusively brings you this large ranch home is ideal for nature lovers. The back deck opens up to More Mesa Open Space, a grassland habitat for lots of cute critters that also includes miles of hiking trails. It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.
The five-Bedroom home offers more than enough room for everyone. Upgraded Kitchen appliances and cozy couches make it easy to spend a night in watching the sunset through the large bay windows. The outdoor deck includes a hot tub and unobstructed views of surrounding nature. Plus there's a private walkway down to the beach.

The home and property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home and yards! Home is well maintained. We found everything we needed. The walk down to the private beach beautiful tho the walk back up is strenuous! Great workout for the legs and cardio. Gardens around the home are just beautiful. We picked several lemons to bring home with us.

We had a great stay. We were able to spend lots of good family time between grandparents, cousins, and our family. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available, and the backyard space was specifically amazing. Ping pong was a hit!

Great location and views.
This was a great property for our family vacation. Quiet, close to the beach, hiking trails. Great views and plenty of space.

Great weekend away
This property was great and all had a wonderful time. The location is excellent with access to ocean bluff walking trails, private beach access, and still just a few minutes from the grocery store.
Overall a great family-friendly location and well-appointed. We cannot wait to visit again.

Really great house for our family
This house has it all: nice location near UCSB and Santa Barbara, beautiful beach and trail access, great yard, great house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. Really nice decorating of house and yard, would definitely stay there again.

Paradise indeed
We truly enjoyed this amazing home. Spacious and just right for our family. The views were exceptional and the neighborhood very pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing and great location
This was our family vacation with our adult children and significant others and the house/property was exactly what we were looking for. The listing is very accurate and we would stay here again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful house and view of the ocean.

Santa Barbara Family Reunion
Excellent location, warm comfortable five bedroom home, beach access trail and thoughtful guest serving features. Kitchen was well appointed for family meals. Loved it!

Wonderful, spacious house
Perfect house for the gathering of family from around the country. Loved the location next to the open space for walking and so close to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the wonderful outside eating spaces. Hope to return to this house again soon!

Love this house!
This our family’s second time renting this house, and we just love it! The house, yard and neighborhood are great! The house is so comfortable and well laid out, and the yard is perfect for gatherings!

UCSB Graduation
It was the perfect place for family to gather and celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UCSB. The setting was amazing with beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.

Amazing Location near Open Space and Beach
This is a lovely house that is very well equipped for comfortable living. We spent the Christmas holidays here with our family of 6 with 3 generations. The beach is nearby. The house is very comfortable for families and the location could not be more stunning.

Place to relax and take in the beauty around you
Beautiful gardens alive with hummingbirds with a relaxing back patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening!
All we talked about was how could we afford to buy a property like this and live this vacation every day!

Santa Barbara “secret” in Goleta
Celebrated early Christmas and birthday. Fun for all. Space for everyone and beautifully appointed outdoor gathering spaces. Kids LOVED the ping pong table.
