This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable home in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking at the house is easy. There is a grocery store just a couple of blocks away, near the bus stop. The house is less than a mile from the Fort Totten Metro station, which has parking available if desired.

Great clean place and close to metro station. Quiet neighborhood. Firm beds but I liked that! Kitchen fully stocked and we did a lot of cooking. Would stay again.

We had a great stay here, almost a complete 10. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, the beds were comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was the internet speed, We came to enjoy some college basketball and we watched some of it from our room, The connection was buffering quite a bit. The best part was that we got to see our team play at the Capital One Center. We would stay there again. Thanks Tyrone

The property was in a great location for our plans. It was clean and comfortable. The fridge was having an issue with the water dispenser and Tyrone provided water bottles. It was a very thoughtful gesture in the heat of a DC summer! As others have mentioned, the wifi is not super powerful... we had some buffering to deal with on the TV. My communication with the host was not very timely. It didn't effect our arrival or our time in DC, but as we were coming from another state, I would have appreciated the information on how to get in to the property a bit sooner - as promised. If we decided to come back for the same event in future years, I would consider staying here again. Thank you for hosting us Tyrone!

Property clean and comfortable. Everything worked, kitchen well stocked. We brought bicycles so the locked backyard was super handy. Enjoyed the front and back porches.

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we had everything we needed in the house. It was easy to catch buses to the National Mall.

The accommodations were described accurately. The response to a plumbing issue in the master bathroom was attended to quickly - it was much appreciated!The kitchen was well equipped. We couldve used a few extra blankets but other than that all of our needs were met.

Lovely home, In a great location a 15 min walk to subway. Small supermarket just 5 min walk. Tyrone answered any queries immediately. Would recommend this property.

Comfortable and nice location

My family and I went to DC for a family memorial in Takoma Park and we wanted a place in DC that was close to both TP and downtown DC. This was the perfect location for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room areas were very nice. Recommend for any DC trip. Near Metro stop and the location is nice especially if you have a car.

Charming, clean, clean, clean two story town house

Our family was very pleased with this VRBO. It's a remodeled older home with charm, character and some modern touches, such as recessed lighting. The kitchen was especially well equipped and plenty of towels were available. We would definitely book again in the future.
