We took a quick trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Everything about this booking was easy and the property was beautiful. Property management was really quick to respond and so accommodating.

Won’t ever stay again

Don’t waste your money on this place! Needs repairs throughout the house, dirty, old towels in the showers, the game room was disgusting and air hockey machine broken, I can go on and on. Rip off, not worth the cost. They charge you for everything. We waited too long to book and this was the only house left, now I know why.

Some upgrades needed

Had a great stay overall. Too many single beds, not enough doubles/queen. Backyard pool was great, but community pool had too many access codes and the slide was dangerous. Leather furniture was old and peeling. Loved the kitchen and dining area where we congregated mostly.

Our experience did not meet our expectations. The home was not equipped with basic necessities.

Apex property management is unprofessional & rude. The home was just average & was not stocked with basic necessities (such as oven mitts, garbage bags, dish/handsoap). Not to mention the pool heater was broke for the first half of our stay. They overcharged us for pool heat & when I contacted them to dispute the charges they hung up on me! The community pool did not have a bathroom & was average. I would never stay at this property again. And I would NEVER stay at a property managed by APEX. Our overall experience was less than desirable.

House was very nice and as pictured. It was also clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated.

The description and pictures matched the house perfectly. No hassles in arriving or departing. The home was clean and well decorated. I only wished there were extra towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies such as dishsoap. Everything else was great! I would definitely consider renting it again.
