Everything our family of 5 needed. Neat and tidy, quiet location but still close to everything with beautiful view of the lake especially at sunset, great for walks.

The property was situated in a quite residential area it was clean and cozy and a beautiful view of the boat ramp and lake from the front side of property. Location was a short walk from the local shops. The local RSL was a great place to have a good meal and only a short distance away. Ideal for small or large families if you need to rent other side of the house… thanks Mal

Great location, great place

My family and I came down for Christmas and it was such a great choice to stay here. Amenities were close, the view was amazing and everything we needed was provided by the property. We definitely will be back!

Peaceful getaway with lake views

Ive stayed here mutliple times now. Love this place. Across the road from the lake and boat ramp, right in the heart of town. Love the big backyard and layout of the house. Just a great little place to stay.

Neat and clean Swansea apartment

Newly renovated with everything needed for a weekend or week away. Very clean and great layout. Quiet area but close to shops and beaches.

Quite and relaxing with beautiful views and sunsets directly out from the front balcony. A beautiful clean modern unit.

Location was great. It was quiet and very clean. Host communicated very well. It would have been perfect except the queen bed was very firm and you can hear the other guess moving about in the other unit.

Wonderful Location!

The photos of the property don't do justice to how wonderful the actual location is. Both the days we spent there, the sunsets were absolutely divine and we were able to enjoy them while sitting on the front deck. Mal thought of everything,and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable, and clean premises. An added bonus was the pelicans that live on the lake, opposite to the property. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Mal!

Relaxing and memorable experience

Mal's place is perfectly located at the heart of Swansea. Everything is accessible and convenient especially those must-see places at Swansea. Home is very cozy place to stay in. Best spot is staying at the living room over looking the water view! My husband and my friends really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Mal for a great accommodation experience and very warm welcome.

5 star Accommodation. The view to the water. Kitchen perfect for long stays. Bathroom clean and modern. Aircon and Modern fixtures. Differently we will be back.
