Breck has an extensive free bus service throughout town and all of Summit County.

Breck stay

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We really loved the fact that everything we wanted was within walking distance.

Wonderful property!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. A short walk to the gondola was perfect. Kitchen was perfect for a quick meal. Located on Main Street was perfection. Would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

This condo is completely renovated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The sliding barn door to the bedroom is a nice touch. The memory foam bed is comfortable. But the best feature of this condo is it’s prime location. It’s just a short 150-yard walk to the gondola. You can’t ask for a more convenient ski-in ski-out condo at this price point.

This condo was great. Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect! Can’t beat this place for a one bedroom on Main Street.

Really nice place. Great location. Wife wanted to see the snow for her birthday. Suffice it to say she got her wish. Would stay here again.

My friends and I had a great time in Breck. Usually we stay up on the mountain but being in the heart of town proved to be a much better time.

Great unit in an amazing location!

Property is located in the perfect location surrounded by restaurants and shops and only minutes from the gondola. Bill was great to work with and I will absolutely look to stay here again on my next trip to breck!

Perfectly located and well-updated Breckenridge condo!

Great location and perfectly remodeled condo. Only negatives were that bed was slightly uncomfortable and neighbors above were very noisy! Otherwise we had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and would definitely recommend this accommodation to others!

Perfect Location - WALKED EVERYWHERE

We loved it! We were 4 college girls very much used to sharing space, but I do agree with other reviews that it would be tight for two couples or 4 people not used to sharing space. Updated kitchen and appliances. Perfect uses of space in condo. Owner was great, fast responses, and even allowed us a later checkout!! Would 100% stay here again. From other reviews: Beds: Beds are definitely on the firmer side Showers: If you wait some time between showers (10-15 mins) hot water will not be an issue Location: No car needed! - Walk to and from Gondola super easily with equipment, and Condo had great places to put skis and boots - we had 4 sets and helmets and ski clothes which we were able to fit all on the racks and hooks. - Local Market one block away with organic foods, Carvers within a block (great ski rental place - cheaper than Christys across street), wonderful restaurants surrounding Edelwiess (our favorites: Canteen Taphouse and Tavern, Thai Bistro and Sushi Bar, Breckenridge Tap House). All around great place to stay!

Best location, nice small apartment

Super close to the gondola and restaurants. The unit is small, I suggest it for 2 people. The mattress on the bedroom is too firm and small to the point of considering the pull-out bed more comfortable. The kitchen is also small, and don't forget to bring sugar and cooking oil (most of other places have these). Not a big deal, we mostly eat out on the multiple restaurants nearby. Overall we liked it for the location, cleanliness and updated unit; but considered it is more for a couple only.

Perfect location top notch condo

I’ve been coming to breck for 20 years and this is the best overall condo for 2-3 people yet. The location really can’t be beat. Steps from gondola and downtown yet very quiet. The condo itself is really nice. Very clean, tastefully decorated, new and comfortable furniture and bed, new kitchen and bath. The space inside is used very efficiently and had everything we needed. The owner responded very quickly and was pleasant and responsive to our needs. If there was a flaw, I didn’t notice it.

Perfect downtown Breckenridge- condominium/apartment rental

This condo is awesome. Right downtown, next to all the nightlife, and just a few hundred yards to the Gondola for skiing in the amazing town of Breckenridge. Bill is the best owner/manager and we would recommend this property to any couple or 4-some. Looking forward to our next trip.

Updated and conveniently located.

Property was nicely updated and very conveniently located about a block away from the gondola up to Breckinridge Mountain. The property manager was quick to answer any questions I had and was available to me on a Saturday evening when I needed to extend my stay for an extra night due to a storm. Highly recommend this property.
