With air conditioning, a gas fireplace, spa bath and access to the estate pool, it's a great place to stay all year round.

Stay cool in summer with a splash in the estates pool, which boasts a commanding view from its position nestled against the Brokenback Range, enjoy a BBQ at one of the estates BBQ zones or wander back to enjoy your meal on your own verandah. Bimbadeen Estate is set on a working vineyard, producing Shiraz, Semillon and Pinot Noir grapes.

Run down gardens, furniture disappointing location

Very underwhelming experience and very expensive for what the accommodation offered. The place is tired looking needing a major overhaul.

Beautiful location

Great views, property was clean and tidy and check in process was very easy. My fiancé and I were disappointed to find that the spa bath was broken and that the owner was aware of the issue and had not let us know prior to our stay. We also didn’t receive the bottle of wine which was advertised. I received a $100 refund but remain quite disappointed that our stay wasn’t what we had in mind.

We are so sorry that the spa pump shorted just prior your arrival, and whilst a new part was ordered, we were unfortunately unable to have it replaced at such short notice. We understand the disappointment, which is why we were happy to be able to offer a partial refund to you. We were not aware of the wine not being left out for you, and apologise for this oversight. Had we been notified, we would have certainly dropped one in for you. We hope to be able to welcome you again some time.

Lovely stay

Place we stayed was amazing villa 1 quite and secluded. Only issue was the one towel that was dirty and had a make up stain on it.

All linen is provided to us by a professional linen service, and freshly laundered for each booking. Had we been made aware of the stain, we would have happily replaced towels for you. Two nights on the hill

This property is highly overpriced and requires lots of maintenance and upgrades. Television and blinds not working were issues as was the stained blanket we had to use and the mice in the ceiling. The gardens were overgrown so much that the advertised view was obscured and the outside barbecue area unusable.

Wish I brought my own pillows as they were like pancakes to sleep on and shrubs in front of room no.1 need some trimming to enhance your view
