Perfect location very clean and efficient.

We enjoyed our quiet stay within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Our host was lovely, smooth check in and check out. House was spotless and well stocked. We would stay again.

Couples trip to Napa

This is the second time we stayed in this apartment. Perfect size for 2 couples, very clean, easy parking and the owners are very communicative and easy to work with. Downtown Napa is easy to walk to where there are many restaurants, tasting rooms and shops to see. We walked to dinner 3 of our 4 nights, and they were all fantastic! Thank you! We will be back!

Location, Location, Location

Very nice place in a great location. Really enjoyed the cleanliness and thoughtfullness of our hosts who offered to leave the light on if we might arrive when its dark. Also like the nice touch of making the entry code easy to remember (won't say how but there was intentionality that was very specific to me). The location made several dinner locations walkable which was perfect.

Cute apartment, great location

I came to Napa to celebrate my birthday. We had a fabulous time and this property was perfect. The check-in process is easy. The location is great, only a few blocks from shopping & restaurants. The kitchen is stocked well with what you may need. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the noise from the upstairs unit. You can hear every step & their music.

Perfect Stay!

We loved this house! We rented the top floor along with one of the downstairs apartments for a group of 5 couples and it was plenty of space. We walked to downtown Napa every day, the convenience can’t be beat! The hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place great location

We enjoyed everything about this property super clean, laid out nicely all the amenities you need if you want to cook at home great grill, etc. The best part is that you can walk five minutes and be downtown! I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely come back and stay here again. Also, the hosts are super responsive. There was at one of the couple times. I tried to reach them, I couldn't get a hold of them immediately.

Delightful Napa!

The rental unit is in a great location within walking distance to everything in Napa but far enough away to be quiet at night. There is a beautiful patio with grape vines, blooming roses and well maintained plantings. The photos accurately show this to be a beautiful rental unit. The kitchen was well stocked, there was coffee for coffee makers and lots of extra supplies. We were very happy we chose to stay here and hope to be back soon!

Perfection on Main St. in vibrant Napa

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in Chris & Kat's apartment A. The property was 100% as inviting and perfect as the pictures and reviews implied. To anyone considering this property: stop looking, book it - don't fret about your decision, you will be glad you did!

Work Family Trip

Our crew rented out the entire property which included both apartments and the main house and it couldn’t have been more perfect steps to all the restaurants and bars and then plenty of space for relaxing and hanging out post wineries. Well be back for sure!

Couples anniversary trip

We visited Napa with friends to celebrate our anniversaries so wanted a place close to downtown. Excellent communication from the owners at booking and prior to our arrival. A little snafu with the lockbox at check in but nothing a quick phone call couldn’t fix. The unit was very nicely decorated and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The only complaint is the walls on the entire building are thin. You can hear people above us and within our unit. I’d recommend packing a set of ear plugs. Multiple seating areas outside for fresh air, coffee and fresh oranges right off the tree. Proximity to downtown was excellent…just a few blocks! We walked to dinner and bars every night. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Napa!

Property as described but with Ants

Our check in process was seamless and the property was as described. There was an unusual odor in the property at check in we did not think was cleaning products but it was not terribly unpleasant. When we woke up the next morning we went on a quick grocery run and less than 2 hours later we discovered an ant infestation in our sealed in plastic breakfast pastries we had placed on the counter. This started several days of ants joining us in bathrooms, kitchen, everywhere (after that first day we threw away all the groceries we had bought and did not bring home any of our leftovers.) While the property owner was responsive, did come out to try and spray and remedy the problem they denied ever having an ant issue before. I also felt they were accusatory about us having sealed food on the counter. Between the four adults ages 37-68, we have owned 6 residences and not ever had this issue. I’m sure in the course of more than 40 years we have had sealed food on a counter for more than 2 hours without hundreds of ants arriving. Related to them never having an ant issue, we found ant spray in the cabinet that matched the strange smell when we first checked in which we used while we waited for them to come over after our first reach out to them. After several days of back and forth, multiple visits, stepping on ants in the dark on the way to the bathroom in the night, they finally sent out a professional exterminator the day before we checked out and that resolved the issue.

Perfect …. We will be back!

Our stay in the Napa Valley area could not have been any better from start to finish; our interaction with the landlord to their beautiful home to the excellent location all at a wonderful value.. The home is so clean and well decorated. and perfect location. If you are heading to Napa … this is the perfect place to stay. We give it a 10 of 10.

Excellent Place Great Location

The property is conveniently located close to downtown Napa, a nice walk to tasting rooms and restaurants. Relax with a bottle (or two) of wine outside amongst the vines near the patio. We will definitely be back here for our next Napa vacation. The hosts were attentive and the check in/out process was easy.

Napa Trip

Overall great place. One thing we need to mention is there is almost no privacy. All the interior doors have about an inch of space between the door and the tile floor with whole front frosted glass. You can pull a shade to cover sightlines but this offer no detriment to light or sound. The guest bathroom is right off the living room and you can hear any noise that happens in that bathroom throughout the living areas. At night if someone wants to go to bed early, their bedroom will be very bright and very loud if folks are watching tv or talking in the main living area. Any romance in the bedroom is not possible. You also need to be on the same timeframe as the upstairs group as loud footsteps can be heard quite often. All and All it was a good place just focused more on a modern design and should have worked a bit more on function.

Great 2 bedroom in downtown Napa

My husband and I shared this rental with another couple in September and it was an excellent location for wine tasting and a music festival at Oxbow Riverstage. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, and a fantastic farmers market. The place was perfect for two couples, each of us had our own rooms and bathroom with a common living space, kitchen and patio. Lots of wine glasses ready for you to enjoy your local finds!
