Since your visit, we’ve taken steps to address each of the issues you noted: • The damp smell in the basement has been thoroughly resolved, a leaking pipe was replaced last Fall. • The kitchen has been reorganized for a more streamlined and clutter-free experience • A deep cleaning has been conducted to eliminate cobwebs, ensuring the home feels fresh and inviting. • We’ve increased the supply of towels to meet full occupancy needs and have implemented additional quality checks to ensure all linens are clean and dry before being provided to guests. • The mattress and bed frame have been upgraded to improve comfort and safety. • The tan kayak with the leak has been replaced.
