Great stay. Older unit with character. Easy access, parking available for unit and street parking for guests. Minor upgrades could be made, but the stay was very comfortable.

Clean home, conveniently located, quiet neighborhood

Clean apartment, good kitchen, very comfy bed. Little grocery store across the street with good coffee and excellent made-to-order sandwiches. Excellent wine shop down the street.

Nice location and comfortable beds

This location really worked out for us because it was close to the family that we were visiting. It was nice that there was a store across the street with ice and some food items. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very nice size, except the bathroom was a little small and could use some towel hooks or bars. They had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. We loved the chairs on the front porch and parking was easy. Also, it was a very easy check out. We would definitely stay here again if it is available.

We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is immaculately clean and we were able to get complete rest on the new, comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of coffee and a kerug maker. The living room has a big leather sectional and a big screen TV and we had a relaxing stay. Also, the apartment is in a great area with nearby restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the myriad cultural centers and entertainment that Detroit offers.

Great Location & Comfortable, Spacious Accommodations

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter who recently moved to MI. The location was perfect for us to walk to our daughter's home and to the local shopping district with cute shops and restaurants. The parking was easily accessible and conveniently located behind the condo. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay here again in April.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. I was glad we had assigned parking. Street parking was full.

Very comfortable stay!

Everything was as advertised fully equipped, clean, comfortable and in working order. Kristin and Kevin provided prompt responses when I had questions. The neighborhood is cute with a small market across the street that was so convenient. My Daughter lives a few blocks away from here so we will be back and stay here again.

Very confused here. We send very detailed messages on the check-in process and all details needed. They guest didn't provide any specific issues before or after the stay. I think they may have been rating another stay and not ours. also not sure what the picture is suppose to mean.

Gross Pointe!!

We had a last minuye notice that the rental we booked was actually bouble booked. Had great communication w the owner of this property. He was very available to ask qyestions and quick at replies, trying to make things work out for us! Check in was super easy, just did it on the app and was sent the code for the lock promtly the day we were to check in. In a lovely neighborhood with an adorable local corner store across the street! Would definitely be happy to stay again or recommend to others!

Fine for short stay

The front door locking and unlocking device was a bit frustrating. Took lots of times to get the full code entered before the screen would go dark.

Very Sorry Jennifer. That lock had a battery issue, and it wasn't reporting low battery to us. We have since fixed the issue. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Any feedback to us would be helpful and used to improve our property. We pride ourselves and having the best short-term rentals in metro Detroit.

Clean and Cozy

We had a lovely stay at this property! It was clean and quiet and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were really comfortable and it was so nice to be able to have a place to relax during our downtime. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and having the market across the street was so convenient. All the instructions provided by the host were spot on and we had no issues with check in or check out.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the marina and lots of parks. The area was very peaceful and had lots of activities close by.
