The view from the property is amazing. We enjoyed out stay here. It was a very convenient place to go to the beach or to the shops.

Stayed 2 nights with 9 guests. House was very clean and close to the beach. Unusual front entrance through toilet/shower/laundry, however we had a most enjoyable stay.

Great little weekend getaway

This is our second time staying at the property and we absolutely love it. Plenty of bedrooms and lounge room space and a great ocean view from the balcony. The property is always in great nick and well-furnished, will definitely be staying again!

Great weekend getaway

The property was in great nick when we arrived, and the location is wonderful; the balcony looks out over a small park towards the beach. The living areas were well outfitted and comfortable, and the bedrooms were all perfect. I cannot understate how effective the small space heater is, either, it was a chilly weekend and it kept the whole space warm extremely effectively! A fantastic location, will definitely be coming back next year!

Needs a bit of a lift

The house itself is great but needs a bit of a lift , bed’s really need replacing, they are very uncomfortable and really squeak loudly with any movement, it was obvious that the quilt covers are not washed regularly as they did smell a bit , also the dishwasher was not working . Overall we had a good stay but will probably look for another property next year

Senior Ladies Getaway

This property is ideal for a relaxing get away. The weather turned ordinary, but that isn't the fault of the property. While not right on the coast, it is certainly close enough to smell the salt air and hear the waves. Sitting on the upper deck with a glass of 'preferred' beverage developed into a bit of habit. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for the oldest of our group, but were managed quite well. Once again, we knew all that prior to checking in, so really wasn't a problem. A very comfortable home. Very catered for in the kitchen, with a wide variety of utensils etc. Plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. Would certainly recommend for a family. Close enough to walk to the beach, but a large carpark on the coast is available if required.

Cheaper than other stays, but with some hidden warnings

The property is in a really good location with sea views, but the front door was broken. It was a huge sliding door that took a lot of effort to open and close. Only one person in my group was able to slide it. This was a clear safety issue in the event of a fire. Also, the door lock wouldn't engage, so we didn't feel entirely safe during the two nights. There was, however, another entrance/exit through the toilet/shower which we had to use and this was really annoying and inconvenient. Also, there were no working lights on the balcony and some of the other light switches had broken knobs and did not work. Finally, the property placed a $500 hold on my credit card to cover any damage and still hasn't released it, even though it's been 3 weeks.

Great house for families.

Walking into the front door which was the toilet/bathroom took a bit of getting used to. All windows needed a clean. Otherwise the house served us well, comfortable beds, heating and cooling, plenty of pillows and blankets. Fantastic view from balcony.

Gorgeous view. Close to beach

Great location. Can walk to both Port Elliot and Victor Harbor. Proximity to beach is perfect. Stunning views from the balcony and lounge room.
